Terrible. Don't shop here

Believe they are scammers making money off of the interest of everyone's orders that are sent out in the wrong size purposely it seems. Do not offer free returns so with wasted delivery and then paying to send them back is a further £5. You pay for no shoes and disgusting customer service. So basically you're paying them to cause yourself upset and stress. It doesnt take over 2 weeks ro return money. Will not use them again and will make sure noone I know uses them either.

Poor Service and Incorrect Sizing

I ordered a pair of Crocs in UK size 7 from Freemans because the colour I wanted was out of stock on the official Crocs site. I own many pairs, so I’m very familiar with their sizing. Unfortunately, Freemans sent me a UK size 8 instead.

After several emails, they finally agreed to a return and promised to send the correct size. A week after I received confirmation that they’d got the return, I had to chase them for an update—only to be told they would simply refund me instead.

The customer service was slow and unhelpful, and it seems I’m not the only one to have issues with their Crocs sizing. wish I’d checked the reviews first. I would not recommend ordering from Freemans.

Dislike the refund policy

I ordered from this site because they offered the best value for money for the shoes I wanted.
That was with free postage for spending over £50.
The shoes arrived quickly via their standard delivery but were too small so had to be returned.
Only at this point did I read the returns policy - my mistake.
All returns are at the purchasers expense with tracked delivery recommended.
I paid over £5 to return the shoes by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery.
The item appeared to be stuck at a Royal Mail delivery hub for 2 weeks so I had to start their complaints process.
Turned out the shoes had been received by FHW but with no acknowledgement from them of the receipt I wasn’t aware of this until they confirmed the refund would be issued and could take up to 10 days to arrived in my account.
Poor show by Royal Mail and all responsibility for returns lies with the customer. All far too stressful so no thanks I’ll shop somewhere that allows free returns in future!

I ordered a U.K 7

I ordered a UK size 7 crocs which was advertised on the ladies section of their website. They sent me a UK 8.
After numerous emails back and forth, they absolutely refused to accept the blame. They said I should have checked the sizing as the crocs were in American sizing. The point is, I didn’t need to check the sizing when they were offering a UK 7 on the ladies section. That was the size I wanted so why would I want to check its American size equivalent.
I sent them examples from other websites on how other sites advertised their crocs and sizing so there was no confusion and I suggested to them they should do the same.
Customer service is dismal. They said to send them back at my expense and reorder which would be at my expense too. I told them I’d rather burn the crocs and not deal with your company again.

Useless

Ordered sandals in size 7.
They delivered size 6.
Emailed and rang customer service for prepaid label to return.
Advised to reorder sandals, no comment on return arrangements.
Reordered and sent wrong size AGAIN.
Emailed requested photos and further info.
Radio silence from customer service.

I now have two pairs of sandals in the wrong size and no info from customer service on how they will collect these or enable me to return them.

They actually owe me a free pair of sandals in the CORRECT size for all this hassle. How hard is it to send out one order of size 7 sandals FGS?!?!

Zero customer service

Terrible service. Ordered a size 12. And 11.5 turn up in a battered box. After a phone call, I was told they won't be replaced (even tho I didn't receive what I ordered?) So due to someone's incapability to quality check before dispatch I now have to send back at my own expense! And need to look elsewhere for some shoes for the wedding I'm attending in 2 days time. Zero customer service and will never use again. How about....."Sorry sir, for the complete mishap....we will send out a pair of size 12s asap for the inconvenience caused"

FHW, Freeman Hardy and Willis problems

I contacted FHW in relation to a product I received which was sized ambiguously on their website. When I originally contacted customer service I thought it would be a simple matter to resolve, conducted via a quick conversation over the phone.
When I politely challenged the customer service representative that the scripted information they were repeatedly relaying to me was incorrect I was told I was being threatening and they would hang up!
Further emails, calls and escalations to increasing head(s) of customer service took place in regard to a simple return, which most companies would normally quickly seek to resolve in order to preserve brand reputation, customer loyalty and goodwill.
None of this was exhibited during my increasingly patronising series of interactions with customer services until finally a line was drawn under the matter and as the customer, with no ability to affect the outcome, I've had to end any further interaction and pay to return the incorrect item. In total it's now cost me roughly eight pounds to not buy something.
At one point I was even told I could escalate the matter further, but it would ultimately just come back to the person I was speaking to who wouldn't do anything about it. I had no idea Basil Fawlty ran a website!
I've never experienced customer service like this before, where it was repeatedly asserted that I'd deliberately ordered the wrong product and it was my own fault.
I would highly suggest anyone shopping from FHW brands (Freeman Hardy and Willis) to double and triple check the product details, look at hidden sub-pages with further details and clarify whether sizing is US or UK before placing an order to avoid problems. But please don't just take my word for it, look at other similar reviews on Trust Pilot.
If you do receive the wrong item, you will be made to pay to return it and FHW will not in any way, shape or form seek to help you otherwise.

As we have discussed, you did receive the correct size. You ordered a UK size 11, and we sent you a UK size 11.

We are a UK based website and therefore all sizing on site reflects UK sizes. We do make it quite clear on the product page that the sole of Crocs reflects the US size rather than the UK size, as they are an American brand. Additionally, we provide a size chart to help guide our customers in selecting the correct size.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the sizing information on our website and we have taken your feedback on board in relation to this.

As stated previously, you are more than welcome to return the item if you wish; however, as the correct product was sent, we are unable to provide a return label for this return.

Customer services are useless and stupid

Ordered something but forgot to do next day delivery which I needed ao placed a second order with the correct delivery and immediately emailed (only contact option) to CANCEL the first order. It took over 24 hours for an idiot to email back saying they cant change delivery type. I immediately emailed back to say I wanted to cancel NOT change the delivery type. Ignored for another 24 plus hours. In the meantime they despatched the order I wanted cancelled then emailed to tell me they cant cancel as it has been despatched. I am within my rights to cancel and will take it up with my bank as they DO NOT offer free returns and I cancelled well before they chose to ignore my request and despatch. Really crappy customer service and the prices are not cheap enough to deal with it in all honesty. Delivery is expensive and NO free returns.

Great company

I found some crocs I really wanted in a certain colour that was sold out on the crocs website. Never heard of this company before so had a little google to check they were legit. I ordered my crocs and I'm very happy! Delivery was very fast and shoes just as expected. Best price I could find online for these shoes and they provided a very swift service. I would definitely recommend.
