Great company to buy from. They helped me with my order to make sure what I ordered was correct. My garand did turn up damaged with a cracked stock but I think that was caused by the courier. I informed Firesupport immediately and they shipped a replacement stock the very next day. And they was supportive throughout the process. Frank was great.

Saved up to buy my son a new rifle for Christmas, unbeknown to me it had arrived damaged. My son opened it up Christmas Day and informed me it was damaged. I contacted Firesupport and someone called Frank didn’t apologise but actually had the audacity to say “(it’s been tampered with and

I couldn’t actually believe this but didn’t show my worry to my son. He was so excited for this present l. Frank told me to contact the shop when open and they can del with it.
Contacted the shop between Christmas/new year when open and the guys were actually quite nice and apologised, they did confirm it had been damaged in the delivery process. I had to pay £11 to send it back and they will issue a new gun for my son. This was sent back and received 29th December. My son wanting to know when his present was arriving so I emailed again 1 week later and asked if the new rifle had been sent, Again Frank… RUDE and sarcastic said no he has been busy and he is very sorry it’s been delayed for three days!! I then asked for a full refund and told him his customer service was poor. Still one week later and no refund!!! £300

My husband just called today 11th January to ask why we still haven’t received the refund 5 working days. It hadn’t even been processed….

Please consider my experience before making a large purchase and use a credit card so it’s guaranteed if you have issues.

Really nice and genuine but Frank needs some customer service training.

The customer service was amazing, I had multiple questions about stock and my defence all was answered quickly and gave me great detail on things as well.

This reveiw isn't about just one experience with fire-support, but it's from many purchases I've made with these guys over many years, way back to them starting out. Always extremely helpful, friendly service, have always stocked the extra little bits you might need. Really kept with the times. Keep up the good work fire-support!

Fantastic service, great prices. Postage was a good price too and I received my parcel within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

So I ordered a suppressor, by my own error, I miss typed my email. It took only one day where I only asked if everything went through for Frank to amend my typo for my purchase which was really good.

Then came the day it arrived, I will be honest, the suppressor did have a few scratches on it, otherwise from being a return, or delivery tussled it around but I reached out to Fire Support and asked them if I could get some compensation and they surprisingly gave me almost 1/3 of the price off. Whats more impressive is that they were really quick to respond, like as if I was texting them rather than emailing.

I am by no rights an expert shopper with Fire Support so I cant give solid advice on their stock and wether damaged items are frequent. But for what its worth, and the reason why I leave this review is because their customer service will never leave you screwed. Thank you very much fire support, for bringing me one step closer to my dream airsoft gun project!

I ordered several items from Fire Support. The order went through quickly and efficiently, arrived in great time and in great condition, with no fuss. I was really pleased with the payment options offered and the website was very clear about stock levels. The ordering process was straightforward and clear throughout.

Unfortunately, through no fault of Fire Support, one of the parts I ordered was deficient in some way (still not 100% sure why even after extensive talks with the manufacturer). I contacted them as soon as I figured out there was a problem and was surprised to find a prompt reply from the director himself. He was apologetic and told me he wanted to help get this problem rectified. He advised me of the fastest way to contact the manufacturer and gave me a heads up on what they would want to know. He asked me to keep him informed about what they said to me.

After speaking at length with the manufacturer (based in Taiwan), I relayed to Fire Support that they were confused as to what had actually gone wrong but had agreed to replace the part free of charge and we’re looking to send it out to me. Communication was great from Fire Support and the director told me that if it would help to solve the problem quicker, he would arrange for a new product to be despatched from themselves and they would wait for the replacement from the manufacturer.

I was seriously impressed by this. Not only did he take a personal involvement in helping me with a genuine problem, but actually went out of his way to make it right in the fastest and most convenient way for myself. All of this while actually on holiday and away from the business.

Top marks for customer service. For sure. I wasn’t sure whether the retailer in this situation would be willing to help but Fire Support went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

All arrived very quickly and when there was a problem with one tool (a problem they could not have spotted or known about, I hasten to add) they shipped a replacement the same day.

I have always found them to be very helpful and accommodating (yes, I am one of those fussy customers).

Got a mag for a mini uzi which are as rare as 10 pint Beauties. At a very competitive price. And…….at the busiest silliest time of the year delivered just 72hrs from time of order! I call that a proper business ran like a proper business ought to be. Web page that keeps you up to date with the orders progress and anticipated delivery date. The courier used even emailed me to let me know what time they’d be coming.
Personally I don’t think there is anywhere better to take care of all your airsoft etc needs. Service is second to none and products are quality and all backed with clearly outlined warranties/guarantees and crystal clear returns policies. Exactly what you need in todays marketplace where b.s and small print take precedence over customer satisfaction and service. I will definately return with future business. Thanks firesupport.
