There is genuinely nothing bad to say about these guys. Frank always responds to my e-mails usually same-day, my items are shipped on time and received faster than estimated delivery date. I recently purchased a rifle which I needed for this weekend, phones them up to explain this & it wasn't an issue for them. Rifle received - Thank you, Fire-support & Co.!

Brilliant customer service whilst ordering a new RIF as well as having a conversion done. Due to a lack of knowledge about services they helped me with knowing how long my delivery would take and explained why it had taken longer than I had anticipated. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent Service and Brilliant Custom Build

I cannot find fault with the excellent customer service that they have provide me in my quest for my custom TM NGRS build, I would thoroughly recommend them and will be buying from them again in the future

I have bought a number of things from firesupport over the last year. I have just brought a TM CQBR and had it upgraded at the same time with there NGRS upgrade package. I even asked for a mini tamia connector conversion instead of deans (all my batteries are mini tamia). It’s impressive shoots really nice super accurate and you wouldn’t know it had been touched looking at it. 100% will be using these guys again and again.

Great customer service, Spoke to Frank regarding some WE Parts, unfortunately it was something they did not stock but Frank assisted me and gave advise of where I may be able to obtain the parts which i have since been able to get hold of. Would defiantly recommend

11/10 Never missed a beat, always refunded swiftly when items bought accidentally I honestly believe the reviews left with less than 5 stars are from other shops who are jealous. #1 shop in the UK for almost everything, mainly pistol parts, OEM and upgrades alike. Built a good 60% of my custom glock from here, Recent order was placed late on the 29th of December with standard shipping, received it in the morning on the 1st of January! busiest time of the year other shops orders didn't come until the 8th when ordered at the same time
Fire-support have went above and beyond for me before, Stocking things I've asked for via messages and how friendly they have been with me, one of their techs I would like to commend for going out of their way and fitting a part into their personal gun to see if it worked correctly.

Fire support, where to start. These guys are INCREDIBLE.

I started using their company about a year ago now to pick up hard to find gas parts and have since placed over 15 orders. Every time the delivery has been on time, as ordered and their prices are very competitive. Every aspect of their business seems to be too good to be true. A little bit like this review may seem as it probably sounds a little too positive but let me assure you, once you've bought from them you won't need to go anywhere else. They stock an unbelievably wide range of airsoft paraphernalia and I can almost guarantee you'll find what you need on their website- and the upgrades for it. When I pop into the local shop to pick up essentials they genuinely are expecting me to pull my phone out and ask for a price match and I quote the last time I bought a gas pistol "and now you want to show me something don't you". Can't recommend enough, 10/10 and great to deal with for returns. Thank you fire support for your continued services!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made a mistake with my order so i returned it. After a few email exchanges they then refused to refund me for my return so i am now left without my money or my product. Complete rip off. Stole my money!

Wish I read the reviews first. Number of people saying the same thing rude no customer service and seem to be a problem when it comes to getting things replaced when sending stuff back will not be doing bussiness with theses guys again.and if you return something you have to pay for postage when they send you faulty item that they dont want to replace because you packed it and sent it back in away they dont like

Great bunch of guys .. umbelievable patient and helpfull they explained anything i needed help with.. They explain the pros and cons unbiasedly and really helped as a newbie to not buy things i didnt need..after sale help is great as well they dont try amd shift you off the phone ..there priorty in my eyes is to keep the customer happy..which is so rare in this day and age..congratulations to firesupport on a great service i say... keep it up..thanks guys

Great and efficient support. As one of the few airsoft retails I have encountered, Frank was also able to guide me for technical support.

I mistakenly ordered a product from the Fire Support website, after realising the mistake made I reached out to the team who kindly clarified where I had gone wrong and issued me a full refund in a very timely manner. Despite ultimately not having bought a product the experience I've had was very positive. Great customer support, thank you.
