I've shopped with the majority of UK based airsoft retailers throughout the last 20+ years and buy various rifs,parts,accessories and kit on a regular basis.
Firesupport in my opinion are the best by far.
Here's a quick rundown of my experiences with them:
Always friendly and helpful with product enquiries.
Kit is always well packaged and delivered quickly and safely.
They have a great range of quality products available at fair prices.
I seriously can not fault these guys in the slightest.
Great customer experience every time.
I fully recommend buying from them!

Terrible service - Theives
Terrible service. Paid for a gun advertised at 330 FPS only to be called to say its firing at 360 and would be a £25 charge to downgrade it.
Called again then the cost is suddenly £15 from a separate employee. Asked for a refund then got told it would be £5.50 for paypay fees.
Horrible service, go elsewhere. You'll get it faster and with better service and not be robbed.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, rude and very unhelpful. Tried to short me £7.50 on a £51 refund and tell it was PayPal who took fees off for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Box was covered in scratches
Box was covered in scratches, item itself dirty and scratched. Ask for a refund after inspecting the item. They wouldn’t give me the address to send the item and refused to pay any postage fees. I have had to escalate the issue on PayPal as they are refusing to cooperate and to be fair quite rude people. This company lacks all customer services

Great shop
Been shopping here several times, it's a great shop!
They tend to carry some odd items that can be hard to find, like a fire selector for a G&G SG55x.
Their website design is not great for higher resolutions these days, like small product thumbnails and so on, but that's just a convenience issue.
