We've recently updated our broadband line to Fibre.
Carly booked this in for us, she was professional and kept us well informed.
Stewart and George attended site the following day after the line upgrade. They swiftly completed the job and the line is working perfectly.

I represent Lovatts Roofing in Bury. After a power cut caused some technical complications, I rang Firstcom and an engineer was thankfully sent out the same day.

Callam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issues and increased our internet speeds by approx 6x

New Router and Fibre to Premises

Callam was great and sorted our our new router efficiently.

We recently ordered some new PCs for our team and had the good fortune to have Jacob Shears come out to site more than once to help us set them up and transfer all the users over from old hardware. As a B to B IT company ourselves we understand good service, knowledge and attitude are vital in a client facing role and Jacob exemplified those qualities. He went the extra mile and was very conscientious in ensuring everyone was happy before leaving site. A credit to the business.

First class commitment and attention to detail. I need my office equipment to function on a daily basis and especially a busy Monday when schedules are of the essence. We contracted Firstcom to provide FTTP for one of our clients. Carly kept us up to date on the progress of the project and was very helpful in changing installation dates when we were given an appointment that we couldn't make. We did have a post install technical hiccup but the support team swiftly sorted that out.

Just had a call from Heidi at Firstcom Europe, very professional and polite as the person she needed to speak to wasn't in the office today so we went through all our contact information.

Transitioning telephone lines is never something we look forward to, however Firstcom has made the process easy from start to finish.
Kyle has been super helpful, informative and always on hand with any questions regarding the contract.

Ab in particular has been fantastic in solving our recent issue with expect knowledge and caring attitude.

Recently needed some support, Jacob S was super, contacted us promptly, solved the problem& provided work around solutions, excellent support, thank you.

A really disappointing experience with this company. Firstly they do 3 year rolling contracts which are very unfair and difficult to get out. On top of this after asking them to quote a new contract to see if there was any benefit in this route, the sales calls were relentless, it became frustrating and felt more like harassment than customer service. Even after telling them we are not interested we continued to receive frequent calls. Overall, poor customer experience, restrictive contract terms and relentless sales pressure. I would not recommend this company at all.

The company always kept me informed of what was going on, completed the job within the timeframe they had given me and the staff on site (George, Stuart & Mick) were polite and respectful. They ensured that I fully understood the system before they left. The office based staff (Bethany) was available to support where needed and checked in regularly to ensure all was going smoothly. Would highly recommend
