Hi,

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.

First, please know that we would never take a customer’s money and ignore the situation. If Yodel marked the parcel as delivered but you didn’t receive it, this usually means one of the following:

• It was left in a safe place
• It was delivered to a neighbour
• It was prematurely scanned by the courier
• There was a delivery error

However, what concerns us most is that you feel your messages were unanswered. We respond to all customer emails, but sometimes messages can unfortunately land in spam or fail to come through our system.

Please contact us directly at support@fivalo.com with your:
• Full name
• Order number
• Delivery address

We will immediately:
• Open a claim with Yodel
• Investigate the GPS delivery scan
• Arrange a replacement or solution if the parcel is confirmed lost

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will make this right.
