I read the Fivalo team response, but it's seems that they don't know their products: it's not my drill bit but your drill bit, it's the drill bit that it's included in the package...Tomorrow I hope to have time for a video or photo.

That’s definitely not how it should be. If you can message us your order number and a quick photo of the guides + your drill bit, we’ll fix this right away (replacement or refund , whatever works best for you).

Order incompleet, geen contact
3 producten besteld, 1 incompleet ontvangen, 1 helemaal nooit. Al meer dan 6 maand bezig m’n geld terug te krijgen. Er wordt niet gereageerd op mails, 1x een respons gehad dat alles zsm alsnog compleet verzonden zou worden, wat uiteraard nooit is gebeurd. Meer dan 100 euro aan producten dus niet ontvangen. Dropshippers met zeer slechte communicatie, ver bij wegblijven!
Aanvulling: na contact op onderstaande respons nog 1x een mail gehad dat het geregeld zou worden. Wederom nooit weer wat gehoord. Wat een slecht bedrijf.

We willen dit meteen oplossen: óf we verzenden de ontbrekende items opnieuw, óf we regelen een volledige terugbetaling voor de niet-ontvangen producten.
Kun je alsjeblieft reageren met je bestelnummer en het e-mailadres dat je bij de bestelling hebt gebruikt (of stuur het via een privébericht)? Dan bekijken we dit vandaag nog en geven we je binnen 24 uur een duidelijke update en oplossing.
Nogmaals onze excuses voor het wachten en de gebrekkige communicatie.
Never even received the item
Ordered an item from them end of November and 2 months later I still don’t have it. Said they shipped it twice, both times it was delivered to an address in another state! They have stopped contacting me now. This is a scam!

Ich habe ein Paar Klemmen zur Montage von Schubladenfronten bestellt. Absolut unbrauchbares Werkzeug mit schlechter Qualität. Ich werde da auf keinen Fall nochmal etwas kaufen.
