Flight Centre Canada - Flight Centre Burlington Opiniões

I have dealt with Lindsay Adler and Burlington Flight Centre for around 20 years. There are people you work with in your life that become part of the family and that’s Lindsay. Even my adult kids have used Lindsay now.

I can not speak highly enough about the dedication, knowledge and caring that Lindsay has demonstrated on so many occasions I can’t count. Don’t care who it is that asks I would recommend her time and time again.

Reema helped make a stressful family booking a breeze. Sometimes the human connection makes all the difference...

Victoria Malcolm in your Burlington office was extremely friendly and knowledgeable… answered all questions perfectly . Explained everything to us easily ….

5 star to Sue Harriman for her quick response and booking of our trip. Thank you Sue,

George and Sue Bremner

We have been dealing with Sue Harriman and she is fantastic. Sue has provided us with great feedback and reviews on some of the Resort Packages we were looking into. Sue is a delight to deal with and looking forward to our continued relationship throughout our vacation experience. Thank you 😊

The agent was responsive and helpful with flights, and accommodations.

Always a great experience with Ryan at the Burlington Mall location. He takes the time to listen and find me the "must haves" and never tries to upsell. He also has a great sense of humour!

This is the first time I have ever been to Italy, so I was a bit nervous. Cortney Cahusac from Flight Centre's Burlington office dispelled all of my worries. She is a real expert at what she does! She kept me in the loop about everything and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Cortney thank you for everything!

Cortney helped us by finding the best flights for our travel plans at the best price. She made the whole process so easy and stress free for us.

I have dealt with Vicki M at the Burlington Mall location twice now & would not hesitate to use her and/or recommend her. Right from me walking in she listened to what I was looking for then gave me some recommendations, some based on her own personal experiences. We chose to go with a resort she had personally been to and it highly exceed our expectations. Vicki went above & beyond making arrangements at the other end to accommodate us and a celebration that happened while away. She followed up before we left & also after coming home. Thanks Vicki for all you have done !

As always, Ryan provided top tier service. He’s the only agent I will go to for my travel plans.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Vicki Malcolm at the Burlington, Ontario office. Each and every trip that I’ve planned, I’ve gone in to see Vicki. Matter of fact, I probably wouldn’t use any other agent as I’m totally satisfied with the bookings she has done for me. Furthermore, each trip I’ve received a Bon Voyage from her and a greeting of welcome home upon my return. Thank you Vicki, hope to see you soon.

Flight centre is the best. We have always had great help from our guy Ryan as well as other representatives there. Ryan especially has offered great insights on places to vacation. He even helped pick out a place I wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary trip. Ryan Milne always welcomes us just like a family member. We feel the Flight Centre people always work with us and not for us. They set up a beautiful Avalon river cruise trip which was spectacular. He always helps us pick the best flights and recommends places he knows we would enjoy….. never failed us. We wish others who are entering the travel adventure through Flight Centre as much enjoyment as we have felt. Welcome to the Flight Centre World. Thank you from Yvonne and Ric Naciuk from Burlington Ontario.

This was the first time using flight centre and the first time that we booked a tour vacation. Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything about what to expect on this tour for example- tipping, walking tours, some do’s and don’ts and safety tips. She answered all of my questions and shared her experiences on her own trips. We would definitely use her services for any future vacations. She was a pleasure to work with.

I'm a bit of a neophyte when it comes to booking travel, and a friend recommended the Flight Centre so I reached out.
Mary responded and quickly took me under her wing. She patiently answered my many, many questions and when the time came was expert at booking my flights for a very good price! The entire way along - even while I was travelling - Mary provided support which was invaluable.
I will definitely use Flight Centre for all my future travel - I know I'm in good hands!

We have received an exceptional service from travel expert Reema Al Khoja. From the moment we walked into the flight center, Reema greeted us and offered her assisstance. She has taken the time to explaine everything related to our flight booking. She stayed intouch via phone and kept us updated on all her attempts to solve un expected issue with the seats reservation. Thank you Reema for your help and above and beyond customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Harold at the Flight Center in Burlington. This was basically a last minute flight to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede and to visit Banff. Ashley was very professional and courteous along with showing a lot of patience as it was close to closing time. Ashley is very passionate about her duties and making sure that her clients are satisfied with the service they receive. I would recommend Ashley for your booking needs.
