Flight Centre Canada - Flight Centre Burlington Opiniões

Our travel agent, Kate, as always, went above and beyond to start the organization and planning for our AMA River Cruise to Bordeaux, June 2026. We always leave Flight Centre knowing that we are in good hands.

We visited Flight Centre to help arrange a family trip to Portugal. Mary gave valuable info regarding flights as well as hotel and transfer recommendations.
She was so amazing to deal with and organized it all.
Her insight was invaluable in ensuring our trip was enjoyable and relaxing.
Will definitely visit Flight Centre & Mary again for our next trip!

Fast and complete response to any question.
Sam is the best!

As always Mary Jarvis gave complete customer satisfaction.

I have used Vicki many times always a success .very friendly pleasant and helpful.
Just booked another trip and she knew exactly what I wanted. Thanks Vicki.

The agent (Kate Neufield) whom we have had for several years is extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, quick to respond and very personable.

Ashley Herold was patient - informative - quick in updating our requests and specific with providing a package that would suit our family needs.
We are very thankful.

I came back to book through Flight Centre because I had such a great representative back in 2019. We even got upgraded to first class for the first time ever. I can't be bothered with all the little details so I like to have someone amazing like Briana Richardson to do all the leg work. SO, I came back to Flight Centre.

Everything was smooth and perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. She even re-sent documents several times when I couldn't find them in my email. Those little things count. She had recommended many resorts with every painstaking detail ... she really was thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

Briana is outstanding excellence in patron service in all areas of travel/flight customer service. Briana was the first, welcoming voice to pick up my call and from that moment I knew I was in excellent hands! Briana looked at my Flight Centre history with a blessing of a multitude of agents whose service I've loved. Briana exercises highest collegiality and professionalism. Briana is cheerful from start to end for my Flight Centre booking/travel planning.Briana excels at finest customer service, client attention, thorough flight research, patience, politeness, adaptability & client troubleshooting. Briana's a caring Flight Centre travel strategist and as her beneficiary, I'm thrilled with my booking and Briana's meticulous follow-up emails. I am truly grateful to Flight Centre's professional staff! Briana is the icing on the cake! She goes the extra mile! Your Flight Centre team always exceeds my expectations! Thank you very much for leading such an exemplary Flight Centre team in 2025! Book now!

We were looking to go down south to a 5 star adult only resort and Kate found the perfect resort! She called on her day off to confirm our vacation. She goes above and beyond to meet her clients needs. Kate has planned a couple of amazing vacations for us and our family.
Thank you Kate!

Sam was incredibly professional and helpful in our booking process. She was super quick and efficient to coordinate flights and schedules of my team mates and I. She was on the ball, working on and off the clock to ensure we have a safe and seemless trip. Grazie Sam!
