Made call and got the wonderful Amber. Told her what was needed as for flights. She called back in 10mins as promised with exactly what was needed. Very clear in process and instructions. An excellent service from Flightspro
This was the first time I have booked flights from Manchester to Barbados with Flightspro. Garren provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was constantly available with any questions I needed answering, he updated our invoices as soon as any payments were made and he reassured me that the price we were paying for the flights were the best currently available. I had a problem with the name on the…
I had a problem with the name on the ticket not matching what’s on the passport , ADbi was so helpful and helped me get this changed he was available for my calls every step of the way, kept me reassured and did all this in a short period of time was very helpful absolutely great service

It was not what made my experience great...it was WHO. Crystal was amazing. She was professional, responsive, always made herself available and super efficient at preparing all the necessary documention. James helped me . He was polite and listened to all my questions and concerns about connecting flights and multi/ city tickets . He managed to find me a very good deal from my nearest airport as opposed to travelling to Heathrow . Very impressed
