Terry at FlightsPro has faithfully served me and my family at this agency for over 5 years for both business and personal travel. As a frequent traveller, he always finds me better routes, better connections and competitive prices. Always follows up and gave me his Whatsapp for immediate and direct questions at all hours of the day. Genuinely, a great travel agent!

My experience with Mr Terry was a excellent one, Mr Terry has good listening skills and patient with you when you gets confused, he's very good in explaining things, and when it gets difficult on your side, he never hesitate to offer his expertise. Such a pleasurable experience!
Had the pleasure of using FlighsPro to book a flight to Dominica for my parents. From the first point of contact to the finalisation of arrangements for my parents who required special arrangements, James from FlightsPro was amazing. Friendly, accomodating and willing do do whatever he could to make sure that my parents needs were met. I wish more customer service representatives like James existed. Thank you!
