Amazing pillow, it is like sleeping on a cloud!

Very helpful sales team, able to advise and find me the products I required. I am now enjoying my new bedding and and bed linen enormously. I love the crisp feel of the duvet, and the soft comfort and colour of the linen. My pillow is just right. I only wish I had bought a bed and mattress from you! Lovely, quality products, and it feels so good to know that my bed's made up with British wool, with the linen sewn in friendly Portugal. 💛🩵🩷

It started slowly with a pillow to help my comfort while recovering from an operation. We are now up to a summer and winter duvet as well. They genuinely make a difference to our sleep - a positive one! They do regulate heat, we stay the right temperature and don’t sweat. It’s odd at first to feel “right” at night, you don’t realise what you put up with previously.

From an aesthetic perspective, the duvet’s structure means the bed is made instantly and it looks very neat. As others have said, delivery is rapid and packaging is brilliant. From my experience with Floks, it’s a company I really chime with and I am happy to recommend them. Do try this marvellous Yorkshire will with confidence!!

It is really comfortable, not 5 stars as I need to get used to the more dense structure of the quilt compared to feathers.

Gorgeous bedding, such a comfortable mattress and high quality bedframe. Communication was fantastic - so responsive and helpful. We are so happy with our purchases. The delivery process for the bedframe and mattress was also excellent - all packaging removed and taken away. We can't recommend Floks highly enough!

I just received my Floks pillow pair this week and I'm so impressed with the quality. I had my initial concerns when thinking about wool with the smell etc., plus I've always been used to down, but these wool pillows are extremely comfortable and they are soft but still hold shape. My down pillow has been set to the side recently... Plus I like that this pair comes with a soft and a firmer pillow as I often like to switch up my pillow. These Floks pillows are a wonderful quiet luxury, definitely recommend!

I can’t praise these pillows enough. Pricey but well worth the money. Soft and comfortable plus my face and head seem to be cooler too and eyes are not as puffy. I like them so much that I have brought two more sets for other family members. My husband loves his set ( soft and medium).

I treated myself to a wool mattress topper, it’s so soft and comfortable and regulates my temperature overnight so well.

Excellent customer service, wonderful warm duvet.
I was already a convert to wool duvets; all the benefits of thermal regulation are real. I particularly like the weight of the duvets, far more substantial than down.
I bought the Winter plus duvet as I’ve moved into a cottage with stone floors and wood burners and it gets cold at night. The weather has been -6 outside, and about +6 indoors at night on occasion. The duvet has kept me toasty.
I had a couple of questions prior to purchase, mostly about the temperature and the team answered them all promptly. The duvet arrived within 24 hours. Very satisfied, quality is great and their choice of wool seems very well thought through. Would buy another summer season one when the time comes.
