⚠️ Scam Alert: TM Perfume House ⚠️

I ordered two perfumes (Rasa & Love and Chrome Is Good, 60 ml each) from TM Perfume House via WhatsApp on 26th October and made full payment of 1800. They confirmed my payment and gave me an order ID, but later claimed they didn’t receive the money.
I shared proof and even got confirmation from Google Pay that the payment was successfully received by them. Despite this, my order hasn’t been prepared or dispatched as of 1st November.

Also their customer support stoped replying now and they deleted my comments from instagram so their so called fake reputation want get affected.

Seems like a potential scam.
Be cautious dealing with TM Perfume House.

Pathetic post sales service. No update on delivery. I have been following from last 5 days and they keep on informing will check and revert.
Also there CEO number is mentioned and no one picks the phone.
Seems fraud and wasted money

Ordered LV imagination and Gucci Flora, received both in excellent and safe packaging.
Both the perfumes smell great.
Loved it

Order not Dispatched even after 1 week ans their Support / Customer Care & the Guy who took order on whatsapp are not responding with a proper solution.

Customer support are taking order for the sake of their target completion. They provide fake information and take order and deliver wrong product.
After you complaint they will say sorry and there is no refund policy. They will always say we have raised issue with our leaders.
Month will pass but you will get nothing but fake promises.

Worth the smell, worth the longevity and worth the money. 🤤👌🙏

Amazing range of collections and perfect place to get things every accessories and perfumes are really good.....loved ittt!

frauds, that's it they are big frauds just keep distance from them, first they sold me Netflix plan saying its shared plan so it will cost you 1399 within sometime there subsidery got closed because they were in porn business ,then they told I have to purchase their perfumes only which is new trick to fraud again, presume price will be very high, after adjusting the money still you have to pay extra huge amount, and your product will also not get delivered. S

This a fraud company. Earlier they had another franchise called just visionary where selling different products based on subscription. I got two subscription for one year but it didn’t even worked for a week. When tried reaching they denied saying ‘jo ukhadns hai ukhad lo’. No company talks to their customers like this. Please avoid buying anything from them.

It's a scam company all fraudsters don't fall prey
