Caution: Avoid FourPirates & TM Perfume House – Scam Tactics & Horrible Service

This so-called business is nothing but a customer service nightmare. Their approach is shady, unprofessional, and downright frustrating. Here’s why you should stay far away from FourPirates and TM Perfume House:

Deceptive Pricing: They display one price, but when you place the order, the final amount is mysteriously higher.

Incomplete Orders, Full Payment Demands: They send out partial shipments but still expect you to pay in full.

Bait-and-Switch Tactics: They showcase products, take your order (and a blocking payment), and then suddenly claim the items are unavailable.

Refusal to Honor Commitments: When I pointed out the discrepancies and asked them to stop the order, they still shipped an incomplete package. I refused the COD parcel, and now they’ve conveniently kept my initial payment with zero accountability.

False Refund Promises: Their WhatsApp voice messages (because apparently, they can’t type in English) promised a refund if the product didn’t match the images. Surprise, surprise—all lies.

Fake CEO Escalation: They claim you can contact their CEO, but all he does is forward WhatsApp messages to the same clueless, aggressive customer agents who spam call instead of actually resolving issues.

Their customer service is desperate for orders—constantly spamming with abrupt “?” messages every five minutes at night, yet completely useless when it actually matters.

💰 You WILL lose your money.
🚫 You WON’T get what you ordered.
📞 You WILL be harassed by their unprofessional support team.

DO NOT waste your time or money on these fraudsters.

PLZ DO NOT BUY
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They sent me wrong size of shoe, and despite returning the shoe, I have not received a replacement or any response in 10 days. The customer service team is pathetic and unresponsive. They will never attend your call or reply to your messages even after seeing them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid This Company at All Costs

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was drawn in by a promotional story that was advertised at a certain price. However, upon visiting their website, I discovered that the same story was listed at nearly double the price!

When I reached out to customer service for clarification, I was met with denial. They claimed they were not running the story I had inquired about, despite it being prominently featured in their promotional materials. Their justifications felt hollow and evasive, making it clear that the company is not operating with integrity.

It's disheartening to see such unethical practices in business. I strongly advise anyone considering placing an order to think twice. Save your time and money; there are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers and operate transparently. Avoid this company like the plague!

The perfume is excellent, but the customer service was exceptionally poor. The company was very pushy to finalize the order, yet after the purchase, they became unresponsive to both phone calls and messages.

I've purchased multiple times from this brand and will tell you my honest experience.
The perfumes they provide are good but don't trust anything else from them.
I purchased two watches from their brand. But the watches supplied were of really poor quality and i did not have an unboxing video so they all just pulled back their hands, there has been no assistance nor exchange from their end. The watch has scratched back, and a very poor feel to it. They will give you complete assurance before ordering. But after completing the payment they'll just back off.
If you want cheap and poor quality products. Only then pay these people.

Not Standing upto their Words. NOT AT ALL similar to the Original Ones

Is is a scam Company. Please beware of them.
They Sell many product which are cheap copy such as perfume , watch. And their product is terrible. Infact they Also sell many Original perfume but when i purchase them they were totally fake and terrible . My money got scammed , Hope u will make better decision.
And all the other reviews which u are seeing are also fake which are done my them only.

So far so good.. really appreciate the quality of the fragrance and the delivery too...it last 4 hours easy..

"I had a terrible experience with TM Perfume House. I purchased a perfume that was supposed to be a clone of a popular fragrance, but it smelled awful and nothing like the original. They claim to offer a full money-back guarantee, but when I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they don't refund on the first request. Instead, they offered to replace the perfume with another fragrance. After trying the replacement, the quality was still poor, and they continued to avoid giving me a refund, even after a month of back-and-forth. Their products are fake, and they rely solely on Instagram marketing and fake Google reviews. Save your money and check real YouTube reviews before falling for their scam!"

Fourpirates venture LLP is fraud company, they will eat you money and you get nothing after you have paid, I have ordered 7 perfumes pre paid and received 6 only.Every time they did that to me this thing . When I tried to reach their customer care or the number given. No one is responding I'm going to talk about a recent experience I had with a company called Fourpirates Venture LLP. They specialize in perfumes, but unfortunately, my experience with them was far from pleasant. I believe it's important to share both the good and the bad, so let's dive into it.

I placed an order with Fourpirates Venture LLP because I was excited to try out their perfume collection. The descriptions on their website were very appealing, and I was really looking forward to receiving my order. However, things started to go wrong pretty quickly.
First of all, the delivery was extremely delayed. I was given a certain timeframe, but my order arrived much later than expected. I understand that delays can happen, but there was no communication from the company during this time, which left me feeling frustrated and unsure about the status of my order.
When the package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the packaging was damaged. It looked like it had been handled carelessly, which made me question the quality of the product inside. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when I tried the perfumes.
The perfumes themselves were a huge letdown. The scents didn't match the descriptions at all. They were either too weak or too overpowering, and some of them even had an unpleasant chemical smell. I honestly expected much better quality for the price I paid.
I reached out to Fourpirates Venture LLP to express my concerns and to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, their customer service was unresponsive. It took multiple attempts to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They didn't offer any solutions or compensation for the issues I faced, which was very disappointing.
In conclusion, I had a very negative experience with Fourpirates Venture LLP. From the delayed delivery to the poor product quality and lack of customer support, this company failed to meet my expectations in every way. I cannot recommend them based on my experience, and I would caution others to be wary if they're considering purchasing from them.

Fourpirates venture LLP is fraud company, they will eat you money and you get nothing after you have paid, I have ordered 8 perfumes pre paid and received 4 only. When I tried to reach their customer care or the number given. No one is responding
