Do not go here
After paying a £40 deposit all I asked was for the clasp of a family heirloom watch to be fixed to fit my wrist. They had my watch 3 months and never fixed this. When I initially was told it was fixed I had voicemails telling me my watch did not work and I would not be able to wear it (they didn’t realise it was a wind up watch). I went to collect it and instead of the clasp they fixed something completely different I did not ask for. Then they said they would get the clasp fixed for me the same week they sent it off (I have messages to prove this) and I didn’t not hear anything until I called them a month later and it had still not been done. I went to pick up my watch which had been not cared about or fixed in the 3 months they had it. Do not go here and go to a proper jewellers who know what they are talking and doing.

Hi Emma, Thank you for your review. Sadly the workshop that carries out this particular watch repair, that person was taken seriously ill and this was the reason why the work couldn't be completed. I'm not sure if this was communicated to you or not? We do apologise for this. We do have another person now available should you wish to return to have the work completed.

Easy and efficient
Took my ring in to have the stone reset. I was given an initial quote range, the ring got sent off. I received communication throughout the process and the price came in within the originally quoted price. A very easy and efficient service

I had a necklace clasp re-fitted as it had broken off. I was shocked that the repair cost £45 when the necklace itself was only worth £30.

As you know our workshop carefully assesses your jewellery and provide a quote for the work with no obligation to pay anything or to go ahead should you not agree.
We are very competitive with our prices and much cheaper than most high street jewellers.
Our workshop only has highly skilled craftsmen who we entrust with our customers precious items.
The cost of replacement parts and the time to carry out the repair work can on occasions outweigh the cost of the item especially seen with lower value jewellery on occasions.
