Great and honest customer care. I am a startup and have a new board game we're manufacturing. Sol spoke to me on numerous occasions about detailed pricing and services they provide. After discussing our successful Kickstarter campaign with him, he was honest enough to tell me that we are too small to use them and that we're better off packaging and shipping ourselves. I appreciated that honest advise so much that even after that conversation of deciding to part, I had a random manufacturing question and felt stuck so I called Sol again. He was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to discuss my concerns about our manufacturer. He is a gem - honest and kind. When we do get bigger, I will definitely be contacting Sol again.

Fulfillrite was overall a great experience for shipping a first-time Kickstarter campaign. The sales staff are helpful and responsive, and the order management software is clean and easy to use. The team chooses the best price for shipping from a wide variety of shipping options. Out of about 400 orders, I only had one with issues, which was covered by the insurance I bought. The one challenge I had with the service are the fees. You need a lot information about how your product will ship before it arrives at the Fulfillrite warehouse -- weight, dimensions, and SKU for both your product and the boxes they ship in, as well as an invoice form attached to each box. My boxes shipped from the manufacturer before I was aware of these requirements, which required additional processing by Fulfillrite staff. Their business model is geared towards pick-and-pack for online stores, which means monthly account fees and storage fees, as well as fees for orders under a minimum volume (which luckily they were willing to waive for me). If you use Fufillrite for a one-time crowdfunding fulfillment like I did, make sure you have all the details of your products and your backers' shipping info well in advance of the arrival of your goods at the Fulfillrite shipping center. You want to complete your orders within a month, or you will slide into their ongoing service model and accrue additional fees you may not have planned for.

I called Fufillrite a few times to set up an account and they intentionally try to disqualify new customers. My company met all of their criteria and then they just keep making up stupid reasons to say that we weren't a good fit. Afterwards their employees recommend companies that got horrible reviews. I'm not going to beg any business to take my money, if you guys aren't taking new customers at the moment then just say so.

I've been using fulfillrite for the past year and I can't say enough good things. They have been consistently efficient, communicative, patient, and flexible beyond all expectations. I own a small, but growing, business that has had a lot of unique fulfillment related growing pains, and I honestly don't know what I would've done without Sol (account manager) and the rest of the fulfillrite team. Absolute lifesavers. I feel so relaxed knowing that my customers are getting their packages efficiently and safely and quickly. Also, we were able to offer our customers much, much lower international shipping rates once we switched to fulfillrite. 10/10. The interface is easy to navigate, and support is great for anytime I have questions. I have literally, no complaints.

I used them for over a year to sell physical books. In the hundreds of orders I shipped through them, they did not make a single error. Most orders were shipped the same day. Their interface plugged in seamlessly through WooCommerce and their support would always reply within 1 business day. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Charlie and Joe lead a great team who are professional and very responsive to questions. They are ready to start delivering right away, even the day the product arrives. And they can ship out 1,500 packages in under 3 days, even with 7 different SKU's.
