FuneralOrderOfService.co.uk Opiniões

Used this company for my mother's order of service and they were excellent. The website for creating the design was slightly confusing in places, but the after service was superb, and Gilly was helpful and professional. The quality of the orders of service themselves is excellent. We are delighted. We would highly recommend this company.

Website was easy to use and such beautiful designs to choose from and soo many ways to make them personal also the quality was far better than I was expecting as I know some order of service cards can be flimsy but the card is very strong and thick. Delivery was very fast and came packaged very well would 100% recommend using funeralorderofservice.co.uk

I cannot fault the service I received. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Funeral order of service were fantastic.
Communication was fabulous, responding to the initial order immediately & providing a proof within 24hrs. Several amendment requests were rejigged within hrs. The OoS was set out professionally & far better than another company proposed. There are booklet designs to suit all requirements.
Delivery was as promised Next Day.
Quality of paper used & finish was of high quality. So pleased with finished result would not hesitate to recommend

Highly recommended. User friendly and easy to navigate. I needed some help with formatting. I rang for advice and the person I spoke with was great - sorted out the little niggles I had in no time and rang back to confirm, then emailed a pdf proof that I could circulate to family for checking. My order arrived in super quick time and the quality is spot on. I couldn't be any more happy - from the ease of using the website to the customer service I received and the quality of the final product. Just excellent. Thank you.

After a minor printing error, reprints were quickly sent without my asking. Excellent service. Thank you.

Obviously a very difficult time when anyone loses a loved one, but people like this help make the process easier. We had a funeral board printed for welcoming the guests to the ceremony. We mainly spoke with Gilly, and what a pleasure. We explained that we were pretty useless when it came to all this technology era and she couldn't have been more helpful. She explained what we needed to do and was very understanding and patient. They had a wonderful selection of board prints and we chose the one for Mum with butterflies. John sent through the proof for us to approve, and it was printed and sent out the following day. It took me ten minutes to unwrap it! It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the company for your funeral requirements, we couldn't have improved on anything - Thanks you all so much, no doubt we will speak again in the future. Kind Regards

We have used this company twice now and on both occasions they have been extremely professional and accommodating each time. Nothing is too big to accomplish and they get back to you with any queries or amendments you may have in a very short space of time. For this last order I sent them a copy of what I required and it took from start to finish it took 5 days to get the finished product (250 copies). I would definitely recommend using their services.

Easy to use software to design (nice templates), quick delivery and good quality when it arrived.

I ordered a Funeral memory board off of Amazon on a Sunday, It arrived with incorrect date of passing on it on the Monday. I contacted to ask for a reprint but auto response said would reply in 3-4 days? Funeral was on the Thursday. I had no time. I found Funeralofservice online, with next day delivery when order before 12. I phoned them and they were amazing. Reassured me they could get it to me the next day. So very helpful, professional and understanding of the urgency. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The quality is outstanding and the pricing very reasonable.

Really easy service to use and create an order of service. Completed it online last night and received my digital copy the next morning.

Lovely and helpful customer service particularly Sophie whom I dealt with.

Really pleased.

We have used this company many times for different family members. We have used them for my baby who passed away at 22 weeks. Their service was amazing and delivery rapid. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have just received two wonderful picture boards ! I would highly recommend this company as they were so helpful with my order!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From the initial enquiry to the finished product. John was so helpful & nothing was too much trouble. It really took the angst out of it all & once finalised the order of service arrived the next day. The quality is exceptional & we were just so pleased with how they turned out. Thank you so much.

At a moment in time, when organisation skills are put under extreme pressure to engage with a company that made you feel that they understood and that your custom mattered was most welcome.
The range of designs and relative ease of creating a personalised order of service was the initial reason for selecting funeralorderofservice. However, when my design limitations maxed out a quick call to the office enabled me to speak to an extremely knowledegable lady who took the pressure off the final layout and design elements ensuring that when the print button was pressed the hardcopy version would be just as we'd wished! The final quality of the printed material when received was of a very high standard and delivered on time!
FuneralOrderOfService.co.uk - A safe pair of hands to trust at a stressful time helping immensely to 'tick something off' the to do list easily and painlessly!

The flexibility in designing the order of service ourselves was fantastic along with all the templates on offer.
I ordered 200 Friday morning and they were delivered to me Saturday afternoon. The turn around was extremely quick. I have checked through the parcel and every looks really good. High quality paper and printing.

From the beginning of my enquiry John was very efficient and helpful. He helped me with the layout and made it possoble for me to fit in what was needed. The Order of Service booklets were received extremely quickly. They were absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality and a true reflection of my lovely Dad. I would highly recommend using them again without hesitation. Thank you John as you provided wonderful customer service at a very sad time and you made the process a very easy one. Thanks again

Excellent service. Easy to use the template. Next day delivery and the quality of the order of service is excellent. Would definitely recommend

I have just done the order of service for my Mums funeral.
These are the most amazing people. Gilly was at the end of the phone to help with the slightest query, her gentle voice and understanding that as this was the last thing I could do for my Mum I wanted it perfect, as everyone does.
I ordered them at just after 10am on Tuesday and they arrived with me before 10am Wednesday. What wonderful service all round.
They are beautiful quality and I am so pleased with them and hope my sisters will be too.
Thank you again .
