$.10 for a bag for my purchase..,
I knew what I wanted, it was available. The girl that checked me out was nice.
The only thing I didn’t like was having to walk out holding my purchase in my hand because I opted not to pay $.10 for a bag. Your prices are not cheap, location is in an upscale outdoor center and you want me to pay for a bag..smh. What a shame. It’s not that I can’t afford the $.10, it’s the principle- just ridiculous. I’m surprised you didn’t ask me to tip- fatigued!

London store is a desastre
Love the USA staffs and love the brand so much!!!!but at London store is a desastre! Few times shopping there without adding the points and today is the worst. Bought a jeans with the security tag on the waist. What a desastre and a joke. I have wasted my time and my trust. Never step into this store again.

Called the store looking if they had bathing suits. I think the girls name was Erin or Erica.. she was beyond helpful and let us know what was available . She had it available when we arrived at the store and even grabbed more selections from the back . She deserves a raise !!
