I had to wait 10 days for my refund and…
I had to wait 10 days for my refund and had to repeatedly chase the company myself to get it sorted. A refund shouldn’t require this much time & effort to get back my money.
The lack of communication and the delay were extremely frustrating and left me with a very poor impression of the company. The whole experience was unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it’s disappointing that I had to keep following up, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.

I dont see much going on sale plus ylu spend over $100 still have to pay for a shopping bag thats ridculous. When you have all other stores/brands doing sales is why we will not shop here often.

Charged $0.10 for a Shopping Bag
I was charged $0.10 for a shopping bag. When did we begin charging customers for placing store-bought items into a “thank-you-bag”?
Surely the company can align with environmentally friendly sources so bags can be provided while reducing waste ♻️. $300 and I can’t even get a bag to place my items in. If this is a new practice-you owe it to the customers to post visible signs to “bring your own bag”.
