Well love the store. Hate you website. I can’t login at all it says look for an email to confirm your email. And it’s no where to be found at all.

Amazing clothes but way too expensive for the clothing, a simple shirt is near 60$ which is crazy, it would make sense if it had some special material but it does not. And considering the fact that garage lost its style and became fitness wear a simple clothing compared to back then when it had more taste. Look into it, thanks.

The service was great but the new garage logo pants I bought unfortunately shrink a bunch in the drier, my past pants I bought there didn’t so I’m just a bit surprised I guess.

My account still won’t let me login or change my password to login but it’s still a smooth running website and super easy to find anything I’m looking for

I really enjoy the garage staff because there are always there to tell you something nice or make a few suggestions which makes your trip going there so much more amazing

Faith!!! she was the sales associate that took the time to make sure I saw all my options. I have a disability and I'm having another surgery. I needed comfy ofit that had to sip up in the front. I'm only 5 "1 tall. she was honest about the length of the pants. went out of her way to order me the shorter versions. She wasn't in rush. she spent a lot of time with me. I love you clothes.. I'm a senior but I still like style. I spent $200 ok n Monday. I will be back this Friday with my assistant to try on more clothes. The pain I Live with make everything a chore. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed shopping. Thank you Faith. I will see you Friday. I need to mention the other young lady working. She pitch other ideas that really help my shopping experience.

The staff is very friendly and provide wonderful customer service. Love it when an item is not in store they look it up and order it and offer to send it directly to my door. Great job.

There was great costumer service, and i got three tops that I wanted. Only thing was there wasn’t all the colors and sizes in stock for everything.

I really love the quality of the clothes, the variety of different type of clothing there are and the color rotation. Usually, the girls working there are super nice and I feel like the vibe is welcoming.

I would say that the only problem is the increase of the prices for everything. I use to buy clothes back in 2015 and, although the market changed, wasn’t 40$ for a basic shirt. I know it’s probably to give it that elevate look and attitude towards the brand but I wish I could buy more clothes from you. I like making videos and I think it’d be a good way to market yourself if you decreased the prices from 10-15%. (But of course I also get that you have a specific audience to please)

There was no personal connection sales staff did not offer help or make any connection at the register. When I asked why I didn’t receive my birthday coupon they told I was not registered but yet I always receive the emails. Didn’t explain what was missing.
Store was busy so I can understand but I still think some people connection is important.

Love garage so much but the prices are so high!

The customer service is very kind and helpful! recently I had a few issues with my purchases amd the sizing, i’m so thankful they were so understanding and helpful with what needed to be resolved!
