Bad customer service. Staff kept profiling

Dear Garage Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your Bellevue Square store on Friday afternoon, October 2.
I visited the store to purchase clothing, and I want to first mention that the employee assisting customers around the fitting rooms was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was very different and left me feeling uncomfortable and deeply upset.
I am Asian, and while waiting in line, I observed the cashier warmly assisting a white mother and daughter ahead of me. She greeted them, engaged in friendly conversation, complimented the clothes they had selected, and remained patient and pleasant while they repeated their email address several times to make sure it was entered correctly.
When it was my turn, the interaction changed noticeably. I was not greeted, there was no small talk, and the cashier appeared cold and unfriendly throughout the transaction. While packing my purchases, she dropped one of the items I had just bought onto the floor. She did not apologize, acknowledge what had happened, or even check whether the clothing had become dirty before putting it back with my purchase.
I understand that employees do not have to have the same conversation with every customer, and I would not normally complain simply because someone did not smile or make small talk. However, after directly observing how warmly the customer immediately before me was treated, the contrast in treatment was difficult to ignore. As an Asian customer, the experience made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my race.
I did not confront the cashier in the moment, but the experience has continued to bother me. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and genuinely saddened by the interaction. No customer should leave a store wondering whether a brand is less willing to welcome or serve them because they are Asian.
I hope Garage will take this concern seriously, review what happened with the Bellevue Square store, and provide an appropriate response. I would appreciate an apology as well as clarification on what steps will be taken to address this type of customer service experience and help ensure that customers of all backgrounds are treated with the same basic respect.

I love garage clothing although the price is hard to pay for I will always reach for a garage order on a splurge day

my package hasn’t come yet and it’s been 6 days

For the first time ever I was actually acknowledged by the staff in the Ross Park location. Typically there are numerous employees who don’t even lift their heads when a customer is right next to them! Are they taught to not engage with customers? It is so uncomfortable and unwelcoming especially if you are the only customer in there! I gave one star only because my last trip in one associate was actually very nice and spoke to me. No idea of her name though. I rate them as one of the worst customer experiences in the mall. I keep going back because the clothes are cute, but everyone I’m ignored I just get angry and leave without purchasing.,

I did not receive my order, there were 2 products missing and I still receive the refund.

I love all the staff they were super kind and helpful with everything I tried on even though it was super busy.

Well love the store. Hate you website. I can’t login at all it says look for an email to confirm your email. And it’s no where to be found at all.
