Overall I'm very happy with my new gardenhouse. I managed to assembly it all by myself in 2 days.
I had issues with payment system in the website. It took few attempts to pay as I was getting error. Also once full balance was paid on the website was still showing unpaid. Customer service was good and quick to respond.
Package came well protected. Delivery man super professional and even asked where exactly to leave package. Instructions could be much better. Not all elements had stickers on them. Maybe colour coding would be better. Once shed is up I had neighbours asking where did I get such a lovely shed from. Wood is very thick and well cut. Very happy and have a lot satisfaction after assembling it by myself

THE COMPANY HAVE TRIED TO STOP MY REVIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE RATHER THEN DO THE HONEST THING AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED .
AS I SAID DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY .
Use ANOTHER company there are PLENTY of good ones out there .

UNBELIEVABLE,this company have once again asked Trustpilot to remove my comments .
I have provided Trustpilot with ALL of the communications and excuses made by this company to Trustpilot who are satisfied that my review was HONEST and TRUTHFUL , UNLIKE Gardenhouse24 .

This company is unbelievable ,they have asked Trustpilot for my details ( which both their UK Operations Manager and Manager already have ) and are well aware of the issues as I have been in contact with them .They are trying to get my honest feedback removed saying it's illegal or harmful .
My feedback certainly isn't illegal ( it's true and I have the proof ),as for harmful,what I find Harmful is a company running a seemingly FAKE and DISHONEST SALE campaign !

THIS IS THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY I HAVE ORDERED FROM.
I PURCHASED A LOG CABIN RECENTLY IN THEIR SALE BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE INVOICE THEY HAD OVER CHARGED ME BY £1250.00 .HAVING QUERIED THIS THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME SAYING THE PRICE HAD INCREASED SO I SENT DETAILS OF THE SALE ADVERT AND MY COMMUNICATION WITH THEM TO THE MANAGER MR NOARK ,WHO UNBELIEVABLY SAID THE PRICE RISES WERE DUE TO INCREASED COST OF WOOD ! EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN DISCUSSING MY ORDER WITH THEM BEFORE HAND AND PLACED MY ORDER DURING the SALE PERIOD .I THEN MADE A COMMENT ON TRUST PILOT BUT RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM KEITH ATTAWAY ,THEIR UK OPERATIONS MANAGER ASKING ME TO REMOVE THE COMMENT AS IT WAS DAMAGING TO THE BUSINESS AND HE WOULD INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM FOR ME ,WHICH I APPRECIATED AND SENT HIM ALL OF THE CORRESPONDENCE AND ORIGINAL ADVERTISEMENT ( I ALSO REMOVED MY COMMENT FROM TRUST PILOT IN GOOD FAITH ) .

TODAY I RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP MESSAGE FROM MR NORAK (MANAGER) STATING THAT THE SALE ADVERTISING WAS WRONG AND THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY SELL IT FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE ( EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE HAD BEEN ON THEIR WEB SITE FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND OTHER PEOPLE MUST HAVE ORDERED AT THE SAME PRICE ) SO EITHER THIS WAS ONE BIG ADVERTISING HOAX OR MR NORAK AND HIS TEAM DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY ,EITHER WAY THIS IS NOT VERY HONEST .

TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM MR ATTAWAY (UK OPERATIONS MANAGER ) SO I'm NOT SURE WHO IS RUNNING THIS COMPANY OR ARE THEY ONE AND THE SAME ?

We àre so happy with the summer house fantastic quality very professional and polite shed builders. We live north east scotland there was no extra charge for delivery what more could you ask for.

The product is great but I think individual instructions would be of help

The company have supplied an amazing product in The Paul 70. An installation problem is being resolved diligently folllowing a site visit.

Poor customer service. Didn’t care at all about problems, late installation or anything after they had received the money. Shame as a good product.

Very helpful with the few questions we needed to ask on ordering over telephone.
Also the delivery date wasn’t convenient for us, so we were allowed to move it a few weeks back- so that was really great.
We had the base delivered ahead of the wooden structure which was useful. Delivered by by DPD and that arrived exactly when they said. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend this company 🙂👏🏻

The summerhouse looks fabulous providing a shed for tools, and a separate summerhouse section. Walls, floor and ceiling fully insulated and a rubber roof. We had the greenhouse 24 contractors erect the building which they did with complete professionalism with attention to all the details. At the end of the process, there was nothing to snag. Brilliant job all round.

I had a log cabin installed by Garden House 24 yesterday and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish.
The installation was installed to perfection, the guys were friendly, polite and very tidy while they worked and afterwards.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about having a log cabin, garden house, installed.

Thank you trust pilot, after today's review the damage parts have been Escalator and will hopefully turn up soon.

It was damaged when it arrived, very very slow to respond to emails and even slower tonsort out replacement parts and was told to sand out the water damage parts, this has been going on over a month so far. Will see if replacement ever turns up.

A big thank you to Gardenhouse24, my new Garden house look great. Craig and the installation team are punctual, reliable and very easy to have around.

Ongoing issues with our cabin. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

All of the issues we have experienced with this company are too long to put into a review so will try to summarise (though even this is still long!):

Before ordering we asked Gardenhouse 24 to check that our base was suitable for the new cabin and they confirmed it was.

We ordered the cabin with an additional window. Around 6 weeks after ordering (and when delivery was due), we found out the window would arrive months after the actual cabin so we cancelled the window. At this point, sorting out the correct refund / new price was difficult for something that should have been simple.

We paid extra for installation (around £1500). Here the real problems began.

Approx. one month after installation, we were unable to properly shut the doors on the cabin. We emailed GH24, then chased after no reply. We were promised a visit to sort the issue. The team failed to show up. We chased and someone arrived a few days later with no knowledge of the issue and no tools - in fact he was a delivery driver redirected to us on his way back from a delivery.

We reported back to GH24 and this is what ensued:
• 8 appointments with the installation team.
o The first occasion the team didn’t turn up and there was no call to let us know – we had to chase.
o On 4 of the occasions the team turned up late and we had to chase each time as no-one let us know there was going to be a delay.
o On 2 of the occasions the installation manager was due to attend and didn’t, indeed one visit was rescheduled to accommodate him attending. The workmen informed us that he was never due to attend. We never saw him despite the severity of our issues.
o On 3 occasions the workmen had no idea what to do, or didn’t have the tools, or couldn’t fix it. One of the fixes was so poorly done that the next workmen to visit ridiculed what had been done.
• We had to clear the cabin of all its contents on 3 occasions.
• We had to have the electrics disconnected and reconnected.
• We were told the cabin would be braced internally and cladded and this then didn’t happen
• We were told that the cabin would need to be completely taken down and rebuilt – this didn’t happen.

We had a call with the Operations and compliance manager during this time and he was initially very helpful. He arranged for a team to come out and we had the cabin cladded internally with insulation to try and straighten the building and ensure the doors would shut properly. He promised ongoing support to us in case of future issues and suggested we should receive 20% of the price as compensation.
Around 2 weeks later, we had door issues. GH24 sent someone who didn't know what he was doing and offered us 5% compensation.
During this process, we had threatened legal action, as we were so frustrated at the lack of support. The response from GH24 felt 'bullying' and the ongoing support we were promised disappeared. Indeed, I cannot get any kind of response from the Ops Manager, nor the director who I have tried to contact.

It should be noted, we waited for months before reviewing GH24 in the hope of them salvaging the situation but as that is simply not going to happen, i have no choice but to say DO NOT use this company.

Our cabin, if the doors worked properly (and 3 of the 4 don't) is a lovely building. It is the installation services and the customer services that make this a truly appalling company to do business with.

Finally, looking at other reviews, we were also offered a bottle of our favourite wine, which we refused. We also noticed pictures of the cabin in our garden were used as marketing without our permission, which have now been removed at our request.

Our first correspondence to check the base with GH24 happened on 2/2/22. 12 months later, we have a beautiful cabin with 3 out of 4 sliding doors that we dare not open, for fear they won't close and lock again. We bought this as a relaxing haven and it has been anything but.

Dealt with issues quickly and positively.

The guys at Gardenhouse 24 were really helpful on the phone, updating me on the production/delivery schedule and arranging delivery. They went out of their way to help me find a cost effective solution to sort delivery to a hard to access location, and everyone they work with are really friendly and professional.

This company has a fantastic sales team, but that is as fantastic as it gets to be honest. We called at the end of September 2022 for a summer house that we ideally wanted with a very quick turnaround. The site advertised 4 weeks' plus, but we called to enquire if any models were in stock or if there was any way to get one delivered sooner. We were told that provided we paid our deposit almost immediately, we could have the summer house of our choice delivered in 2.5 weeks, which was perfect timing for us, given we wanted to move our home belongings in there whilst we refurbish the house. We were promised, and we bought based on these promises, that we would be kept informed about the deliveries. We were also told at the time of purchase that our double glazed doors option would lag behind the rest of the delivery by about 1 week, but that the company would deliver and install the double glazing whilst at the same time removing the single glazing to take back. This seemed like a fair enough deal and we signed on the proverbial dotted line. This was the crucial element of the deal for us, as we need to have secure storage throughout our main house build.

Idiotically we believed every lie we were sold. We were called 4 days after our money was taken and told that the delivery would now be delayed. After creating an incredible fuss, the company said they would honour the delivery date - 14/10/22. Once again we were calmed and were told that we would be called with 24 hour notice due to the size of the summer house and accompanying insulation and extras we had chosen.

we started getting deliveries on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th - all in drips and drabs, but without wanting to create much of a fuss we smiled and accepted, as we had contracted builders to come in and construct on the 14th morning.

Half way through the build, we realize that 50% of the insulation was not delivered, the cladding to be specific. when it was delivered, it arrived wet. This is wood cladding that was delivered with wet mouldy patches.

As the week past, we called to enquire about our double glazing doors. Good luck to anyone trying to get a hold of the operations manager (who was our port of call). We must have left about 10-12 missed calls and voicemails, to only eventually receive an answer once we called the "lovely" sales office. we were promised someone would get back to us as they were going to chase the manufacturer.

in November we were told that our doors had not been ordered due to some error and that we would be compensated with our favourite bottle of wine (we are still to receive this and it is January 2023 as i write).

to cut a long story short, after at least 40 phone calls, and numerous emails, and umpteen promises made by the company, we called one last time and demanded to speak to the owner of the company on 16/12/2022 so as to avoid taking legal action.

I spoke with the owner, who was kind enough to listen and promised that it would be made right, and that i would hear back from him. The next thing i heard about the double glazing was from my builders on site, who called me at 07:30am on 21/12/2022 to let me know that double glazing installers had arrived, with no prior knowledge or appointment.

we are still waiting for our bottle of wine, but clearly that is something i am not going to chase. I have wasted enough time on this, and our main house build has suffered an incredible delay due to gardenhouse24, the company that promises it all, but cant deliver on their promises. No joke, this is the worst company i have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Ordered in Spetember, completed 3 months later!!! Shameful!!
You will thank us by avoiding this company.

Having ordered a large gardenroom in advance of when I needed it, it arrived a couple of weeks later than initially advised.
Half way through the (self) build I noticed that I was missing a couple of lengths of wood. Thankfully there were other less important bits I could use, but the replacements took 8 weeks to arrive, and were wrong when they arrived. There after sales support is not great - they don't respond to emails unless you chase several times. I've given them long enough (6 months) to correct the issues I had before writing this review.
THat being said, I'm happy with the quality of the product, but would advise only unpacking, checking, and building all in one go - unpacking the pallets of wood leaves the timber exposed to warping in the sun if left for any length of time (that's my fault not theirs!) which makes it slightly more difficult to pull together.

EDIT : Please kindly note that we have not been ‘talking many times with our representatives’, we’ve tried to call 8 times and still awaiting a call back, we’ve received only emails without acceptable resolution. You have told us you are unable to offer the price at the time we tried to place an order, and we were told to call to order, we are making an adjustment to the standard model.

I’m yet to successfully get off the starting block with Gardenhouse24. I’ve left numerous emails / calls asking for a call back so that we can speak to someone to place our order and tie up our final queries. Still no call back! And while we’ve been waiting the cost has gone up, and they’ve emailed to say they will NOT honour the price. I dread to think what their after care service us like if this is how the sales service is!
