Super. Die Schuhe sind genau richtig für wandern im Gelände. Sehr gute Qualität, hier zu einem sehr günstigen Preis angeboten. Dazu noch sehr schnell geliefert.(3 Tage nach Deutschland).

GrejFreak ApS (owner of GearFreak) was founded on the 1st of July 2008 by Kristian Rasmussen and Casper Pedersen in Denmark. Kristian is a former Lance Corporal at the Jutland Dragoon Regiment and has been stationed in Kosovo on team 17 and in Afghanistan on team 7. Casper has a bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing from the Business Academy in Aarhus and has a great interest in civilian outdoor life. The foundation of our company is built on countless experiences and recommendations from professional soldiers from all branches of the Danish Armed Forces. It is a fact that many soldiers today buy equipment to supplement what they get from the Forces. Soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan especially find a need for gear that they have not been supplied with.

Guter Prozess aber kostenpflichtige Retouren

Bestellung und Versand liefen gut. Kostenpflichtige Retouren für Kleidungsstücke, die erst anprobiert werden müssen, ist ziemlich unpassend. Das ausgewiesene 100 Tage Rückgaberecht ist dabei irreführend.

Bezüglich deiner Anmerkung zu den Retouren und unserem 100-Tage-Rückgaberecht würden wir gerne besser verstehen, was du konkret als irreführend empfunden hast. Alles super. Lediglich die Abholung mit einem Ausweis bei der Post bei einem Wert von unter 200 € finde ich etwas im übertrieben.

Tolles Fernglas!

Das gekaufte Fernglas (Vortex Diamondback 15x56) ist wirklich hervorragend! Und war günstiger als bei anderen Anbietern. Die Lieferung verlief auch problemlos.

Freundliches kompetentes Team und gute…

Freundliches kompetentes Team und gute Produkte. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die eigenwillige Versendung an eine nahegelegene Paketstation. Das hat in meinem Fall schon fast investigative Energie verlangt, um an das Paket zu kommen. Doch es gab eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Team Gearfreak.
