Great service …

I had a problem with a toaster I bought 3 months after purchase, Geepas we’re happy to replace it with a new one. Good communication kept me up to date a great service provided.

At last a Customer Service dept that cares!!

I was very stupid and managed to destroy the plastic cap from my Geepas blender. I didn't need to buy a whole new blender, so I contacted Geepas customer services. They were absolutely brilliant and efficient. Maneesh, Freya and Arjun all helped me and were very kind.

Don't believe everything on the site!

Order put in on a Friday Payment taken..next day delivery woohoo!
But unfortunately come Tuesday got a cancellation email saying item not in stock we will refund you..
Why take an order knowing item isn't in stock??? Pathetic that.

Shocking

1. Next day delivery not fulfilled
2. Took 6 days to cancel an order
3. Their website does not allow an order to be cancelled, but states they can be contacted via chat, call or email. There is no chat service available so their website is misleading.
4. They listed the item as in stock on their website but after 6 days my order was not fulfilled, due to what they stated as a error on their end.
5. When you click on track on their website, the website link breaks and doesnt work.

Overall a shocking experience and one I shall never return to.

This company make it impossible to speak to anyone, we ordered a black kettle and toaster but they've sent cream instead, having a telephone number is all well and good but someone needs to answer it

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered a tower fan on Thursday for next day delivery but no email and nothing arrived. After emails and messages I got an email on Monday that the order has been cancelled due to no stock. Even after paying we were without our item for 4 full very hot days and only to find out it's been cancelled. You should never have processed my order if you were short on stock. Now I have had to pay double the price as every item in the market has doubled in cost and I am having to wait for another 4 days to get another item. Highly disappointed and very frustrated. Also the customer service was of absolutely no help.

Highly reccommend

I hesitently wrote to Geepas when a lid to an appliance broke. I was not even expecting a response. Not only did they respond within 2 working days but kept me fully updated on the progress to my request. I would buy their product without a doubt in future because of their excellent customer service, communication skills and responsiveness. Thank you.

I ordered fan still not recieved it…

I ordered fan still not recieved it took me 4 attempts to get hold of someone just to be told it’s been cancelled but I still had to pay for the fan through clear pay cos they won’t cancel it without this company letting them know never again!!

Nothing extraordinary

The next day delivery at their portal is a scam. Next day after 24 hours they didn't even know where the product is. Also I don't find much difference in their fan n Amazon badics. Both feel same.

Absolutely disgusting awful company

Absolutely disgusting awful company. Take money and never post item . Numerous unanswered emails , no contact information, no way to communicate appropriately regarding issues. Don’t ever buy from these scammers.

Dire Company!

I placed an order on the 20th June and have had correspondence about delivery information other than a tracking number which doesn't work. There are no direct links to track your order and whne you click on "Track Order" on the Geepas website it says Page Cannot Be Found! As for the next day delivery - what a load of tripe! Will be requesting refund - dire service!
