Dear Western International Group,
I placed my order with you on June 3nd, relying on your promised next-day delivery. Since I made the payment through Klarna, a trusted partner, I placed immense confidence in your service. However, you have failed to deliver even after six days, far beyond the promised timeframe. Despite your provision of a tracking number, it has shown no real movement, and you have not once given me a concrete delivery date. Why did you mislead me with a next-day promise that you could not keep? Why did I, as a consumer, have to chase you for answers? You have no contact number, no immediate customer care—just a delayed email days later. As a buyer who trusted you, this is a total betrayal. I demand a clear answer immediately on why this failed, and a firm, binding delivery date now.

Update:
After they saw this review Geepas did get back in contact with the details of how to return the faulty hot plate and sent me a new one.
Now if they'd only done that when I first contacted them I wouldn't have had to write this review!

At the start of June one of the rings on my hot plate failed, reported it to Geepas as it was still under their 2 year warranty (even sent them the proof email of it being registered with them).
Initially I had hope when I received an email a day later from Arjun, he asked for a video showing what the problem was. Worked out how to show it by using pans of water (one boiled, the other didn't when both rings were on). Emailed it to them and silence.
A few days later I emailed to ask for an update and eventually Sreya MS replied saying they were waiting for their 'product specialist' to give them a verdict.
Again we've had days of silence.
Surely it's not hard for a specialist to realise that the product has failed in under 18 months, it can't be fixed and a replacement should be sent out.
Tried a phone number I found but that just sends you to an answering machine!
Previous to this I was happy with the product and that makes their woeful Customer Service all the worse.

I purchased a Geepas mixer grinder and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The product is powerful, easy to use, and does an excellent job of grinding and blending. It handles everything from spices to smoothies efficiently and saves a lot of time in the kitchen.
The build quality feels sturdy, and the design is practical and user-friendly. I was also impressed with the value for money, as the mixer grinder performs just as well as many more expensive brands.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Geepas to anyone looking for reliable and affordable kitchen appliances. Great product and a great brand!

I ordered a mixer grinder from Geepas UK on 2 June and was assured of next-day delivery. However, the order has still not been delivered.
After sending multiple emails, I finally received a response on 8 June stating that the order was delayed, but no tracking ID or estimated delivery date was provided. Since then, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
As I have still not received the product, I am now trying to arrange a refund, but I have not received any clear information or assistance regarding the refund process either.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Poor communication, lack of updates, and failure to meet delivery commitments have made this a very frustrating experience.
Pathetic service and horrible customer care. I would not recommend Geepas UK based on my experience.

I reached out to customer care email, but still no response

The order still hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks. It was supposed to be next day delivery and I’ve asked for a refund twice with no response. I ordered directly off of geepas website. Terrible service.

There email services are really bad. They sent a defected product with a missing inner pipe in a standing fan. Now they are not replying to replace it. Very bad experience.

We ordered from this company for the first time. Although our order didn’t arrive when stated, my experience with customer service was extremely helpful. Arjun explained the reason for the delay and apologised which I really appreciated. When the item did arrive, it was very good quality and we were pleased with our purchase. Thank you to Arjun in customer service who was extremely polite and addressed any concerns. Would recommend this company.

Absolutely appalling experience. I paid in full for my order, yet the item never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
After contacting my credit card provider, I was informed that there have already been complaints regarding this company, which only confirmed my concerns. It appears that once they have your money, getting any assistance or even a basic response becomes extremely difficult.
I am deeply disappointed and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Based on my experience, you should be prepared for the possibility of losing your money with no product delivered and no communication from the seller. I will certainly never purchase from them again.

Absolutely magnificent customer service, had an issue with delivery but one email to them and the issue was resolved. perfect service and the products are great as well. would happily use them again and again!

Excellent service provided! The kettle I purchased from them a few months ago, through Amazon stopped working all of a sudden. They were very prompt in responding to my emails and within a few days, I had a replacement kettle at my doorstep. Incredible, I would say!

The delivery arrived later than the date committed on your website. It was supposed to be delivered on 24 May but was not received until 26 May.
Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing. There appears to be no direct way to contact support other than email, which made it difficult to get timely updates regarding the delay.
