Very thorough and great at answering questions.

Having never done a health consultant webinar before I was not sure what to expect. I was however, pleased with the knowledge and willingness to assist provided by the host Ms. Gardenier I believe. I hope to learn more about how my genetic makeup affects my diet and eating habits.

It was interesting seeing the foods I should be eating. I liked receiving the lists of the best foods for me. However, this was very expensive for what you actually receive. I may feel better about it in a few weeks after I have started to include more of these foods in my meals. So far I would not recommend this to my friends or family. While I enjoyed reading it, it was a waste of money. Anyone with a good knowledge of nutrition already eats most of the recommended foods.

Terrible company! Already have a 23andme account, ordered the tests as Christmas gifts. They had the audacity to cancel my order because we are not ordering from inside the US, even though this is not mentioned anywhere on their website! It's a scam, do not order from them.

I would give this company a zero, but obviously that’s not an option. I uploaded my data from ancestry and all they did was reiterate what I already knew. They tell you to eat fruits, veggies, protein and healthy fat. Wow, as if the entire human population isn’t aware of that! This is a rip off. When you call them and question them they just say they are sorry. Then they offer you a nutritional consultation. I don’t need a nutritional consultation. I am still hoping that they will refund my $35 for myself and $35 for my husband. I am giving them another chance. They completely misrepresent what they can do for you. Again do not purchase this unless you like throwing away your money.

Terrible customer service. They canceled my order (that was a gift to someone) 7 days later when I had already gifted. They said it was due to me being outside of the USA. There was no information anywhere about not being able to do this.

This was very informative and educational.

I've registered for my consultation twice and both times the Webex link I received didn't work. Last week, after trying for 10 minutes to get in, I rescheduled for this week. Same experience this week but I gave it 15 minutes. Tonight, I received a follow up thanking me for attending and asking for a review.

Oh, they also tell you what extremely general vitamins and minerals to consume. Extremely unhelpful AND they won’t refund your money since they believe how transparent they are I what little information they actually provide.

Absolutely useless! They gave me no specific (eat this or eat that in any specific way) - mine and my friend's were so identical we laughed for an hour. We felt like suckers for buying this product. I doubt that they will even post this review, as I am sure they cull their feedback to swing favorably to them. Oh, and BASICALLY, THE WHOLE PURPOSE IS TO SELL YOU THEIR SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS!!!!

Overall this was a great learning course. I did have quite a few issues with the audio cutting out or freezing and I ended up missing parts here and there about every 6 minutes or so.

Excellent speaker and useful information. Only criticism is the connection. I was streaming the audio from my iPhone thru my Apple speaker (HomePod) and the audio would drop out for 30-60 seconds periodically.
Hope for more meetings!

Unfortunately, I had technical difficulties; could not hear the first fifteen minutes. When the sound kicked in, found the presentation to be very informative!

Didn't address my questions in the chat function during the group presentation. Seemed to address everyone else's but mine. I have had to reach out to customer service through the website and now awaiting answers.
This is purely a novelty service and I wouldn't waste the money. Learn from my experience.

The speaker was knowledgeable and very easy to understand. She took us through the material at a very good pace. Not too fast or slow.

Thank you for the seminar on getting me more familiar with my GenoPalate report. Super helpful as I try and incorporate this new information in my diet.

Thank you for very detailed personalized food report based on my genetics! Would be also good to have a sample 1-week menu with all the personalized food choices, recommended in the report.

Overall I am very satisfied.
There is always room for improvement as things evolve. I did read some reviews before purchasing.
Some favorable, some not so much, so I kind of knew what to expect about the product and customer support.

Firstly, I have to say the customer support I received was top notch! I inadvertently uploaded the wrong DNA file to an incorrect email address that I submitted during account registration. Totally my fault and blunder. Everything was sorted out via email in a timely manner.
However, there is no way for an individual to change or update their email address like you can change your password. That feature should be made available. If it was, I could have fixed my own issue.

I found some areas of my report a little confusing or contradictory.
For example under Fiber it is suggested I may benefit from a moderately high fiber intake of 14-19 grams while the suggested amount for the general public is 21-38 grams per day.
The report continues to say that ...aiming to consume the recommended DRI of 30-38 grams of fiber each day is associated with additional benefits including....
What happened to the guideline for general population of 21-38 grams?
In my mind moderately high would seem to mean at least or more than what's suggested for the general population. Or, I would do well with less than what's suggested for the general population, but should strive for at least 30-38 grams per day?
To me, that's confusing and somewhat contradictory.

Another area is under the foods section. As in other reviews, it would be nice to see more foods listed. It is a bit disappointing to only have 3-4 (or less) "Best" foods listed and 2-3 in the "Great" and "Good" categories.

People often comment about eel being listed as their #1, mine is no exception. I have eaten freshly caught eel. It's ok, but I would not seek it out at a market. In fact, I have never seen eel in the markets I shop. I have also eaten rattlesnake, freshly harvested. I have seen rattlesnake in my markets. Would it be my favorite #1? Probably not, it's expensive.

So, more foods listed in Best, Great an Good categories would definitely be a plus.

One other thing that might be useful in the app and website is a BMI / caloric / gram calculator.

Super helpful information! So much insight as to what is helpful to me specifically and narrowed my focus on foods that are good for me vs. the entire world of food.

I was really excited to find another use for my DNA results, beyond trying to figure out how I'm related to seemingly random people. GenoPalate didn't disappoint me!
It offers great insights into my personal dietary needs, along with recommendations of foods that meet my specific nutritional requirements. For example, I learned that my body doesn't convert Vitamin A from vegetables well, so I need to eat foods from animal sources which contain retinol, or take a supplement, to get enough Vitamin A.
I can start making changes to my diet right away without buying any fancy meal plans or attending any meetings. This is great for me since I'm not a joiner! I had pretty much everything I needed to eat better; I just had to boil some eggs and I was ready to start eating based on my DNA.
