wful company
Awful company. Not even completed signing up and they have tried to take money off me. My company DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA to get an account YET THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY. I rang the creditor and the company and told them to CANCEL IT. Well within the 14 days of the consumer rights act. Even with being told it has been cancelled TWICE I have now had an email to say they now want the money or the full £1,200 in full. Everytime I’m on the phone and tell them I have spoken to someone and asked them to cancel numerous amounts of times, conveniently the phone cuts off. Now no one will answer the phone.

Took money and did nothing!
Absolutely horrific if your a business owner. Called to set up details, took two lots of payments for £108 and then a fella called Richard just stopped replying and nothing happened!! Would not use them if your wanting to use it as a payment option for your customers! Please give us our money back!
UPDATE... NO REFUND AT ALL HAS BEEN ISSUED TO US FOR THE BELOW.

Once we received all of your information submitted during onboarding we had to unfortunately decline the account due to significant bad information against the current and previous businesses. We'll never compromise the quality of tradesperson that uses our platform so we had to decline your account.
