Discontinued selling replacement parts for previous models, such as the 12 ft/6 pole trampoline. In addition to having no option for trampoline models only recently discontinued, they charge for customers to ship the product back. Buyer be warned - get it right the first time. Also, the AI chat bot offered bad advice, don't trust it.

I thought the price was fair for a replacement net for my 12 foot, 8 pole trampoline. It fit over the poles nicely.

The delivery was timely and the product was excellent. Very easy to install and eye catching in my front yard.

I was skeptical about ordering new kitchen chairs online. Not being able to see them in person or even getting to sit on them to see if they were comfortable. These chairs I ordered are perfect for what I was looking for. The chairs are very comfortable to sit on. They are well made and appear that they will hold up for years to come. Delivery was quick. Overall my family and I are thrilled with these.

The delivery was fast we had a couple problems with the screws was able to fix all except one I will need to go to the store to find a new one. There were a few nicks that I will touch up with a paint stick but satisfied

The service was good, but the product could be better. Found "blemishes " on it when putting it together. Kept it anyway because I had a deadline for it's use. And in my experience returning online purchases isn't easy.

The outdoor air conditioner privacy screen was quicky shipped after using the easily navigated site. All parts of the fence are well constructed and fit together with no issues.
The instructions are fairly self explanatory however, there are some images that contradict each other which was frustrating and I perform projects around my house on a regular basis. Why I ended up with several extra screws is beyond me as the instructions don't show where they go.

I ordered on Thursday and received it on Sunday. I was so excited! The package was so neatly put together and the instructions were fairly easy to follow, however, we did put some pieces together wrong but they were very easy to fix. I ordered 2 of them and I was very happy with how quickly and how neatly they arrived! Weather turned cold so I have not been able to enjoy as soon as I wanted. Still, very excited and happy with my purchase!

Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques, on me dit que le vendeur m'a répondu et qu'il faut donc attendre 48h. Et la réponse du vendeur est " nous sommes en week-end ou en jour férié" Si je n'avais pas perdu 210€ ça serait presque drôle.

The metal frame is a poor fit over the wooden box, flimsy and secured by a single screw on each corner of the box. overall, the whole thing did not fit together very well.

A great price for solid wood chairs, and delivery was quick. We had a minor issue--one piece of one chair arrived damaged--and their customer service was excellent. They quickly sent us a replacement at no charge.

The item was delivered within time promised and it is a solid nice table for small places. It was easy to assemble and looks really good. I am a home stager and bought it for a tiny studio apartment we were staging and it worked great!

Gorgeous, solid and hefty - it exceeds expectations.I have not used it yet for showers but it may need maintenance like aolid wood would.

This microwave cart is sturdy and a very good product. I am a 79 year old female and had no problem putting it together.
In reviews I read, there were comments about the wheels not functioning or rolling properly. I did not find this to be the case. I made sure in assembling it that the lock wheels were on the back. It is correct the wheels will not roll if they are locked. I found the wheels to be easy to move when unlocked and they was not difficult to unlock. I made sure the back criss-cross brace was secure which helps the cart from being wobbly.
