Horrible company

Horrible company. Bought from them on Amazon, package was never delivered and they refused to help. Received confirmation from UPS that it was marked lost or stolen and company STILL refused a refund. FORK YOU GIANTEX.

Horrible experience

I purchased a product from this website. it was unusable and of poor quality. When I received the item the box was completely fine. Inside the box the item was poorly packed and parts were damaged or unusable. I wrote numerous emails to the company with no response. I would not recommend buying from this company and will not be purchasing anything here again.

I had the worst experience with them

I had the worst experience with them. I ordered a sofa and waited for three weeks, but I never received my parcel. Finally, they informed me that the parcel was lost, and they refunded my money.

Dramatique

Dramatique, la livraison devait etre faite un jeudi par UPS, devant être absent ce jour j'ai demandé un report d'un jour, ce qui a été acccepté et confirmé par mail par UPS. En arrivant le jeudi soir j'ai été surpris de voir le climatiseur couché dans le jardin derrière le portail fermé à clé. De toute évidence le livreur l'a jeté par dessus le portail.
Quand au climatiseur il fait un bruit de ferraille quand le ventilateur est au plus fort.

Shipping not free, don’t be fooled

Free shipping on checkout BUT the company will then email you for the shipping cost that was meant to be free! We cancelled the order.

Update:
The response received from Giantex was FALSE and an attempt at damage limitation. Maybe they have changed their shipping policy since but we will never know as we purchased a hoop elsewhere.

We have retained a copy of the email requesting additional costs. What a pity we can’t screenshot it.

Beware EXTRA Shipping Charges are NOT Free

Ordered a basket ball system from them and it stated "Free Shipping" on the site and on the order when I had paid for it.

They refused to supply the basket ball system unless I paid a further charge for shipping.

Today, 31 December 2025, 6 months after the order, they write they cannot find the order placed. They also state the shipping fees were advertised, they were not.

Funny they cannot fiind the order because they refunded me!

Order with them at your peril, I won't ever again.

J'ai commandé un climatiseur mobile le 25 juin 2025 sur le site DARTY soit disant livré le 27 juin 2025 (reçu mail) mais je n'ai pas été livrée !
Une réclamation est en cours auprès de Darty Market place mais depuis cette entreprise communique par l'intermédiaire du SAV DARTY (qui, lui, est excellent) et demande des tonnes de justificatifs( Attestation sur l'honneur) que DARTY m'avait déjà demandé, pour qu'ils interviennent.De plus la livraison devait être remise contre signature... Un conseil : n'achetez aucun article sur votre site préféré livré par une autre société que celle choisie. En l'occurrence, je suis cliente DARTY depuis très très longtemps et ce climatiseur était vendu par un intermédiaire (GIANTEX) MARKET PLACE.
ATTENTION !

Aucun service après vente

J’ai acheté un trampoline chez eux et le service à la clientèle est médiocre. Il est impossible de me procurer des pièces pour réparer mon trampoline acheté il y a moins de deux ans et qui se vend encore. Le service après vente est tout simplement inexistant.

Quand vous contactez giantex par mail ils vous expliquent que la commande c est perdu et qu ils vous en envoie une autre mais toujours rien
Par contre pour prelevez l argent ils ont été très rapide 2 jours après la commande

Wrong parts in box

Ordered two sets of identical drawers. First was fine, the second had 3 x part 6 and no part 7. Part 7 needs holes in it for cam locks. While the same size and shape part 6 has no such holes. After two weeks of ridiculous back and forth, including offering me $10 to wait for a month for them to produce a new part, they finally sent me a new set of drawers. Well, of course, we opened them and again 3 x part 6 and no part 7. My flatmate has bought a drill bit, measured up and drilled the holes for me so we can finish constructing and actually use the drawers that have been partially constructed on my floor for more than two weeks now. I’ll be interested to see what the response is this time. Only having email contact is a major pain as they only reply once per day so something that would take 5 minutes on the phone takes two weeks by email. Do not recommend.

Products are rubbish , not descriptive on ad to assemble. Difficult to assemble. Bad service. Cheap materials on products, don't last long.
