4x bar stools purchased 28/01/25
The drawer and the chair that came with the dressing didn't last long. Very bad chinese quality. Didn't even bother to report this.
Received one bar stool with one threaded insert missing on one leg, emailed Giantex just to get a respond "it's not our order". Customer service? non-existence.

Depuis ce matin j’appelle et je contact le revendeur via le site leroy merlin, aucune nouvelle dans ma commande j’ai les planches pour le meuble de mes enfants mais ils oublient de me donner les pièces, visses, boulons etc… et une planche abimé.

Please avoid any purchase with this company if you don't want headaches. First time buyer and my 2 products came like second hand products with marks and dents all over them. When I asked for a full refund due to such reasons they sent me thousands of emails trying to waste waste my time hope that I'll give up but refused to refund me and said their products are functional. I didn't buy a second hand products as is I bought brand new stuff. They also blocked me from writing reviews about my experience and upload photos of their products to warn others

Broken product, poor support to resolve, laughable warranty.
We purchased 2 matching swivel bar stools.
They arrived in a reasonabe time and were relatively straight forward to asemble.
The seats have been owned for 6 months and sat on 3-4 times each when one of them broke with normal usage.
Giantex support said the warranty is only 90 days and offerred no reasonable replacement or refund options.
Would def not recommend this company or product.

I bought two Queen sized heated…
I bought two Queen sized heated mattress pads.
They sent me two wooden whatever they are instead.
I have been going back and forth with this company since 27 Nov 24 and still do not have the items I ordered.
They won't do anything until I send them back their $25.00 wooden junk.
My purchase cost far more than that.
Don't waste your time with this company, they are not going to do the right thing.
It was their mistake.

Not a new condition
They send me a not "new" condition washer and refused to return.
1) There are scratches on multiple places. seems like it was used before
2) Water noise in the machine
3) Missing a part in the back.
They claimed that they tested all washers so that condition is normal.

Lost skeleton key
Contacted this company because I had lost a skeleton key I wanted to re purchase from them . However I bought the item 3 yrs ago they messaged me telling me they aren't responsible if I have no order number. Very rude and defensive I was looking for help only.... I'll never buy from here again

Thought that I would avoid the evil Amazon empire by ordering directly from Giantex, and the order process and shipping were fine - quick even. Problem is, they shipped USPS, which is unusable for packages in cities, at least in NYC. USPS came once, didn't even take the package out of the truck (I saw it on my security cam), left a note on the door saying "undeliverable because of unsuitable place to leave package", and left. I scheduled redelivery for the next day and put a note on my door to leave the package in the vestibule. They never came. Went to schedule another redelivery and the USPS site says UNAVAILABLE. Ghetto.

Additional charges days after order placed
Purchased a desk for the price shown the whole way through the checking out process. Money was drawn from my account and I received the purchase invoice and confirmation email.
2 days later I receive an email stating i owe extra in shipping fees?
Fix your website so that your customers know what they are paying when they checkout, like every other brand. Don't hide charges in the fine print of a different page of your website.

What I dislikedinstructions coukd be more succinct and dowels better height proportions
What I disliked: the instructions weren't as clear as they could be especially in regards to the drawer slides and door stop and the video I did find on Amazon glossed over some bits but thankfully showed these two parts and their installation. One of the dowel pegs were too long so when we pressed the top down it came up right through the top! So I have a corner that needs fixed before I've used it so points removed for this. On the whole the materials were good, there was more than enough screws, dowels and fixers to do the job, the material is of a reasonable quality and one person can mostly assemble this on their own (I found some bigger bits too heavy to lift but I have joint issues so my husband put it together with me holding or helping as required) but you do need a 2nd person at some parts of the assembly especially the cupboards/shelves assembly and when joining pieces and when putting the 2 sections together. It took approximately 9hrs over 2days the first day was unpacking, checking inventory , putting all the dowels and screw fixtures in holes as well as assembling the cupboard side. 2nd day was the cubbyhole side and the rest of the assembly, time was wasted on the drawer sliders but wouldnt have been if instructions were more succinct. You do need to take time with the dowel and fixing bits(screw things) lining them up with relevant holes and firm pressure is required to hold one end in whilst the other end is being put into place (2nd person becomes invaluable) we are by no means DIY-ers a person more used to flatpack/building with that type of mind set would most likely complete assembly quicker, we were also going slower to ensure no mistakes were made. All in all in it seems to be a good buy, I have yet to put my quilting machine on it to give it a good go (just finished it today). I would recommend this giantex 91cm high craft table with storage.

Ordered something said it had free shipping after payment I was bombarded with emails to pay for shipping if I wanted the product. And they were different prices. The emails haven't stopped so I've had to contact pay pal. Don't ever pay for something unless it's paid thru pay pal
I have been sent 3 completely different amounts for shipping when their advertising CLEARLY says free shipping.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Reconsider before buying from this company. I purchased an item for my child’s birthday only to have a completely random item turn up. Giantex advised me they would only send the correct item I had paid for, once the wrong item was returned to them. They provided a return slip which did not work, and I had to make several special trips to the post office before I could post it back. Communication was slow, because everything is via email rather than phone.
As requested, I provided Giantex with the tracking number as soon as it was sent, but they continued to refuse to send my item.
They then notified me the item I ordered was out of stock, my options were to wait 2 months or have a refund. Considering this was for my child’s birthday, 2 months was not acceptable so I chose to get a refund. They then refused to process a refund until the incorrect item was in their possession.
Customer service throughout the experience was rude and unprofessional. After 3 weeks, I received my refund. There was no accountability from Giantex, although this was entirely their error they treated me as though it was my responsibility to fix their mistake. Withholding my item and it then being out of stock, then withholding my money, is unacceptable.
I’d strongly advise not to buy from this company.

Cheap quality for a premium price
I would give 0 stars if I could, purchased expensive products for cheap quality, I was told sorry the product is out of warranty and I believe along those lines I would never be compensated even if my life depended on it. Buy at your own risk if you want cheap quality and expensive products

I was told if I did not change my bad…
I was told if I did not change my bad review I would only get a partial refund. Also I was instructed to pay frieght on the return. As it was a large item it was more than the cost of the goods. I felt since I had already been threatened with only getting a 50% refund it would be a risk to be out of pocket the price of the return as well.

Disgusting "service"...actually NO SERVICE AT ALL. Yet another scamming company.
A reliner lift chair was purchased to help me (I am very disabled and senior). The chair started malfunctioning within a few months (it cost about $1000.00) and when I reached out for support (their paperwork says:"Please give us a chance to mae it right and do better" (that's a joke) I was told the warranty was only six months. They would not offer ANY assistance at all and claimed that their warehouse had no replacement parts of any kind....even at my own expense. I am now stuck with a $1000.00 useless recliner that does not lift or recline. I would not recommend this company to a soul and I will NEVER purchase a single thing from them ever again. They are cheats and scammers and deserve every bad review to be pubished. Please take the time to report your bad experiences with Giantex.
