HORRIBLE seller

HORRIBLE seller. Ordered Dec. 16 with 2 day shipping. Seller had no intention of sending with that shipping and knew it wouldn’t arrive by Christmas. Promised the 19th, then 23rd, then 26th, then 29th, then cancelled without any notification. My daughter didn’t have the one thing she had asked Santa for and the company was so rude. They will only refund once they receive the item back that was never delivered because they cancelled.

Company lied repeatedly with no communication.

I had a disappointing encounter with this company. Despite the advertised 'free shipping' with my address, I received an abrupt email the next day demanding payment for shipping. This abrupt change in terms led me to cancel the order. Buyers beware of unexpected charges and abrupt communication from this company.

While there might have been shipping conditions stated online, the discrepancy between the advertised 'free shipping' on the payment page and the subsequent demand for shipping fees via email was disconcerting. It raises the question: should customers overlook 'free shipping' claims displayed prominently during checkout and instead search for fine print? This conflicting information and the unexpected change in terms make for a confusing and unreliable shopping experience.

Expérience client : zéro !

Malgré plusieurs signalements défavorables de GLS, Giantex persister à vouloir confier le transport de ses produits aux incompétents de GLS, qui sont soit analphabètes soit idiots/malveillants. Depuis une semaine ils échouent à me livrer un colis car ils ne savent pas lire une adresse. Obligée, donc, de me faire rembourser le produit que j'ai passé du temps à chercher. Fuyez les, l'un et l'autre !!!

It Is Too Bad! you Let A Good Customer Down!

I Hope Customers: Will Read: The Whole Review! It Is A Little Longer. I Thought I Was Buying A New: Convertible Sofa, Bed Sleeper Chair. This Company Seemed So Nice! The Item Was Delivered Fast! In My Condo Building, Down By The Door, Where The Mail Boxes Are. I Left 2 Notes, For: FedEx. Saying: When You Arrive: Please: Call Me! I Will Come Down To The Door! If I Had Known What Had Happened, I Would Of Never Received: This Big Box! I Would Of Refused It, Being Damaged & Had FedEx Take It Back! FedEx: Came & Dumped It In My Building. With Out A Call! I Opened The Box, There We’re Many Big, Ripped Holes, Right Through The Plastic Inside, The Box! I Got It Out Of The Box & Started Putting It Together. I Got Done, It Did Not Take Long. Then I Smelled This Musty, Wet Smell. It Was Awful! There Were Big Wet Spots On The Front Of The Cushion. It Had To Of Been Wet For Awhile. I Could Not Tell At First, Cause The Color Was A Dark Black! If The Color Had Been A Light Shade Fabric, I Would Of Noticed The Wet On It! I Then Contacted: Giantex.com By E-Mail. If You Tried Calling Them, As I Did, No One Ever Answered Their Phone! I Told Them What Happened. I Said: The Smell Was Bad! & That Would Be Hard To Get Rid Of. I Am A Very Neat & Fussy Person. I Would Not Use It Like That! So, I Called A Goodwill Store. To See What They Would Say, If They Would Take It! They Were Thrilled Just Getting Something Like That New! They Said: They Would Put A Spray On It! They Did Not Know How Bad The Smell Was! When It Dried: It Smelled Like: A Mildew, Urine Smell! Then The Company E-mailed Me Back & Said Is There Any Way To Clean It? I Said: No! That Smell Is Through The Mattress Foam & Top Of The Cover. After That, They Never Got Back With Me! Anymore. I Guess They Were Not So Nice, When There Was A Problem, With Their Product! So, I Am Putting This Review On! To Let People Know, What Happened! I Feel: Now! The Company Is Not Trustworthy Anymore For Me! They Took Almost: $200.00 Dollars From Me & Now, I Am Stuck, With it & Have To Donate The Item, & I Get Nothing! There Are Many Companies: Selling This: Convertible Sofa, Bed Sleeper Chair. Even At Much Cheaper Prices. I Just Picked The Wrong Company, To Order From: My Giantex.com Order # TMZTDWOQ5. Thank You!
