WARNING - This company is an absolute disgrace. I will never deal with them again and would strongly advise anyone else against using them. I wish I had seen all the dreadful reviews online regarding this company prior to placing an order with them. I placed an order for a Heidenau Scout Motorcycle tyre on the 7th of April and after several calls to the UK office and several ridiculous excuses I finally received a tyre today the 7th May, exactly a month after ordering it. They haven't sent me what I ordered as I ordered a Heidenau Tyre. They've sent me a Bridgestone Battlax with a tread pattern that is not suitable for the type of riding I do. I've contacted them and received another useless excuse and have requested/demanded a return and refund. Not sure how long that will take. PATHETIC service and will definitely not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a pair of race tec rr tyres, rear was ment to be medium, turn up soft. I couldn't find any way on line to get it changed.

My order and money was taken only for me to be informed that only a partial shipment was available.
There was no offer of a refund.

Absolutely terrible. They take your money and do not actually deliver the goods. They only provided tracking information for the three tyres I ordered, from one place in Germany to another. I’m currently raising a case of fraud with my bank.

Very long delivery process, not keeping promises about delivery dates, very messy company. Only one tyre arrived instead of two ordered. Not happy, won’t be using ever again.

Don't get what you ordered. Will send cheap off brand. Ordered name brand 4 ply tires for lawn mower. Got 2 ply cheap off brand tires. Won't answer text won't. Answer phone call keep you on hold forever. Please don't order from this company. Put them out of business. I thinking that any good reviews are probably AI generated.

If you want tyres immediately and exactly on the hour and day that they are predicted to arrive then think again about Giga. But if you want fantastic value prices and can wait a bit for delivery then go for it. My All Seasons tyres were half the price I would have paid from any other supplier and that was a great deal.

Wanted a matching Michelin tyre to carry as a spare in my motorhome. Unable to find one new in UK as they were discontinued in 2022. Ordered one from Giga Tyres, which arrived safe and sound within the given time frame. Very pleased with the service I received and the tyre.

Ordered a winter tyre as needed to replace 1 of a brand new set after a puncture. Website said 3-5 days, I checked this in person over a phone call.

I ordered but didn't get any confirmation so have chased via email only to be told that 'the warehouse have it' and it 'may or may not arrive on the 11th February.

They are refusing to answer any more questions so I am over 130£ out of pocket and cannot drive my car.

I have ordered one from somewhere else (Yokohama is really hard to get so I would avoid buying a set in future) and will raise a claim through my credit card company.

If you don't have the stock, don't take people's money!

Avoid at all costs, I ordered 4 tyres 24th December. I expected a delay as it was Christmas and new years however it’s currently the 13th January and I’ve had zero updates. I got told they were sent 31st December but still waiting. Zero communication from them as there phone lines always got a 43 person queue & emailing them is as good as talking to a wall! Scammers

Paid for tires and waited for shipping. Communication has stopped both on emails and phone calls. Terrible customer service.greg Koehn. Still no tires!

Took my money, said they had shipped but 15 days after order, the tyre is still in Germany. Refund requested thankfully purchased via Pay Pal..

Do not order anything from this scammers! We ordered 4 tyres, 5-8 days delivery. After 5 days we have received an email it will be extra 3 days due to high demands. 2 weeks from order still nothing, someone on the chat advised it will be another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order. Do not buy anything from them
