I was kept informed at every step of the process of buying my home with Gleeson. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have genuinely felt like a valued customer throughout.
Stella has answered all of my queries and made sure I was happy throughout the journey. Site manager Rick provided the home demo and has been available for any queries.
Snags are actioned straight away.
Despite practically living on the edge of the building site, the area is kept surprisingly clean as it could be.
I adore my new home and want to thank Stella, Rick and the whole team for what has so far been an exceptional service.

Liam Connolly, at the shorelands kept me fully informed from day 1 of purchase, he positively helped when I had queries or difficulties, on moving day he met with me and the building manager to inspect the properties was polite respectful and punctual.

We cannot commend Karen the Sales Advisor at Mynster View enough for the warmth professionalism sh9wn to us today. From the detailed information regarding the development the individual plots to the wider surrounding area. This combined with the apparent high build quality and the setting of the development has resulted in our reservation for a property being placed today

Stella and Angie were absolutely amazing helping my wife and I with our new home search. They were so patient, polite, and lovely throughout the whole process — always happy to answer questions and support us. Their outstanding service made a stressful experience much easier and we couldn’t recommend them more!

Pleased to note that I had a positive experience as a first time buyer at Firbeck Fields, it was a smooth sailing process thanks to Sue the sales executive who was professional and helpful with providing important information. I had a home demonstration with Darren French and he explained the practical bits. I completed within 4 weeks and I'm currently enjoying my new home.

I visited Gosberton site for a viewing. Which was arranged by Marilyn, she was off the day I traveled from Oxford she arranged for her manager Lucy to meet me there.
Lucy was very welcoming and explained the site and availability of houses that I was interested in. Unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for me and my family.

I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales customer service from Glesson Homes at the Safari development. Since completion, communication has been poor, ineffective, and frustratingly slow.
I raised a report asking a very basic and reasonable question: why is communication so poor when an issue is logged? There has been little to no meaningful feedback, no clear updates, and no sense of urgency. Correspondence feels one-sided, with homeowners left chasing for answers.
A key issue is the garden turf, which was included as part of the contract. It has now been over six weeks since completion, and the turf is still not done. Despite repeated queries asking when the turf will be completed, there has been no clear timeline provided. It feels as though we are expected to wait until it is simply convenient for Glesson Homes to fulfil their contractual obligations.
For a new-build home, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase basic works or be left in the dark with vague or no responses. Glesson Homes seriously needs to improve their communication, accountability, and respect for homeowners once contracts are signed and completion has taken place.

Lamentable customer care when you want something put right. They only correct issues if they can attribute the fault to a sub contractor, I.e no cost to Gleeson. They put profit before customer, & speak untruths. Workmanship usually shoddy. Site managers not managing sub contract work.

Unable to sell my house as Gleeson, after 5 years of so called completion of the development , have still not completed the development and handed over to the council. 143 owners impacted. Gleeson ignore us and cannot get reasonable feedback. Disgusting

The experience was extremely pleasant, informative and both Angie and Stella were extremely helpful, very well presented and personable. Although the show houses were well decorated and furnished, we were put off by the uninteresting design of the superstructure and the industrial estate opposite the site.

Stella made this experience super straight forward and stress free, just what you’re looking for when being a first time buyer! Cant fault Rick the site manager either, really informative and helpful with our questions :)

I have been living on this estate for 7 years and it is still unfinished and not handed over to the council. We were originally told that the works would be completed within 4–5 years, yet after 7 years the situation remains unacceptable.

The access road is still only gravel and has deteriorated badly over time. There are large potholes, poor drainage, constant standing water and muddy puddles, making it unsafe for both cars and pedestrians. The overall build quality is poor and clearly below what should be considered acceptable standards.

The problems do not stop at the roads. During winter, many residents’ gardens turn into bogs due to inadequate drainage and poor groundwork. This shows how badly the entire infrastructure of the estate was designed and constructed.

On top of this, staff and site managers have changed constantly over the years. There has been no continuity, no accountability, and communication has been extremely frustrating. This level of turnover looks highly unprofessional and reflects badly on the company as a whole.

After 7 years, we are still waiting for Gleeson to take responsibility and finish what should have been completed long ago. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this developer to think very carefully.
We bought our house in Hull.

Simply shocking, unfinished estate roads, paths ect and a customer care team that just don’t care. Please save your self the hassle and don’t bother.

I’m living on a Gleeson estate where not all the roads and pavements are finished, there is construction waste left, Gleeson make promises that are broken and push you back when you raise a complaint.

The staff at Harriers Croft have been really helpful! Lucy and Toni have made this journey a breeze. We initially reserved a plot with a different builder and for various reason we had to pull out and we was interested in a more expensive plot at Harriers Croft and the team work super hard and found a deal which we really couldn’t say no too! They are clearly all very experienced and it feels far more welcoming than other developments I have visited.
