I run a small motorcycle repair shop…
I run a small motorcycle repair shop and my one supplier uses GLS to ship, period. Today my package was supposed to arrive around noon. At five o'clock when I did not receive it, I contacted GLS customer support. They called the driver and the driver said that he was five stops away and that I would get my package delivered by end of day. It is now nine o'clock p.m. and my package has not arrived. And my reputation is tarnished because I cannot complete my jobs for the weekend.

J'ai contacté le service client via mail pour commencer, en ajoutant la photo du livreur et utilisant google map pour montrer à qui ressemble ma porte d'entrée.
Ensuite j'ai appelé et on m'a dit on vous rappel ...
Et via mail en réponse j'ai eu : '' Selon le GPS le colis semble pourtant avoir été livré a la bonne adresse.
Nous allons tout de même investiguer car la photo de concorde effectivement pas avec votre résidence ''

Livraison à une mauvaise adresse, récupération du colis avec promesse de livraison en après-midi. Malgré 3 appels au service à la clientèle pour me dire dire que le colis était en route vers mon entreprise, rien reçu et il est 21h 11. J’ai donc payer du temps supplémentaire à des employés pour rien, et je n’ai pu livrer à mon propre client. Pas besoin de mentionner que j’ai indiqué que la pièce requise pour terminer son projet était encore chez GLS. Plus jamais je ne ferai affaires avec eux.

Une belle gang d’incompétents. Il m’ont livré une enveloppe très importante 10 jours plus tard. Ils ont signalé que l’enveloppe avait été livré et signé. Jamais personne de chez nous a signé quoi que ce soit. Ont était pas à la maison. En plus mon enveloppe était dans un fosset. C’est vraiment des innocents. Quelqu’un aurait pu partir avec n’importe quand.

Horrible service! The person on the phone spoke so quietly that I had to ask them to move closer to the phone. (my phone was on SPEAKER so I should have heard them) I explained my situation, and they said, “I’ll put you on hold, it won’t take long.” After waiting 17 minutes, the call was disconnected. Seriously? Now I’ve called back, and I’ve already been waiting another 14 minutes with no help. All I need to know is when my package will arrive—I can’t sit at home all day waiting!
Horrible service, many excuses to not do any work
Horrible service, as they keep postponing delivery for various excuses including forgot to load on the truck so we 'll talk next week. 2 Pallets with heat pumps have been sitting in their warehouse nearby for 10 days now and I have no confidence that it will be delivered soon, but again scheduled for tomorrow 11th Aug 2025, but expecting the usual "30 minutes prior to" phone call with yet another excuse.

J'aurais bien mis 0 étoile mais ce n'est pas possible malheureusement. Une fois sur deux, le livreur ne se présente pas pour ses cueillettes cédulées. Cette semaine, j'ai envoyé un colis pour un de mes points de vente, le colis est arrivé dans un état LAMENTABLE malgré les cinq étiquettes FRAGILE sur le paquet. 875$ de marchandise complètement ruinée, la boîte a visiblement été submergée dans l'eau et écrasée, je n'ai jamais vu un colis aussi amoché!

Seulela derniere personne a fait attention à une erreur sur l adresse alors que j ai deja parlé a 3 personnes avant pour un retard de livraison. Invistissez sur votre service client et engagement des livreurs. La gestion de vos operations est mediocre. Si vous voulez gagner la.confiance des entreprises qui font appel à vos services, ameliorez votre gestion. En fin le.client n'a qu'attendre vu que vous etes engagés par son fournisseur.

GLS Canada is the worst shipping and delivery company in the world my package has been delayed 2 days in a row the live tracking is awful and customer service don't answer emails and don't answer phone calls please avoid this company at all cost I also use this company previously before to deliver another package and it was 2 days or more delayed and they didn't answer my phone calls or emails

They are a horrible company to deal with, They loose your items and to get a hold of anyone is impossible, when you finally do get ahold of someone after sitting on hold for a hour, they say they will look into it and have someone contact you but they don’t get back to you. Looking at all the terrible reviews I am shocked that companies still use this courier.
I had a lazy ass delivery driver
I has a lazy ass driver man. I ordered 5 bags of cat litter because they were on sale and I didn't want to lug it up 3 flight of stairs. Apparently neither did he but that's his job. He asked for my help, it wasn't even that heavy. I can see if it required two people to lift the box but it didn't. I begrudgingly helped.

Pire compagnie de livraison. Ils ont perdu mon colis(pas scanné au ramassage). Sa fait 3 fois que je les appelle et a chaque fois ils me disent qu’ils ont pas d’informations et qu’ils vont me rappeler dans 24-48h mais me rappelle jamais. 3 semaines après avoir commandé mon article (a 1000$) , toujours aucune nouvelles comme si le colis n’existerait pas.

Pire service à la clientèle. Plus de 2h en attente. Impossible de parler à quelqu'un ou de les joindre par courriel. L'adresse de livraison indiquée est correcte et il y a des exceptions sans précision additionnelle jour après jours.

Decided to deliver my package to a different address. Then once I gave correct they have just ignored me, will not answer emails, same ignored calls.

After over 60 days of waiting, chasing, and receiving zero explanation, GLS has officially lost a 4' x 8' shipment worth over $5000. Their response?
👉 A $100 payout
👉 A refund of $184.03 shipping fees
👉 And a cold shoulder, hiding behind the excuse that I didn’t purchase "extra insurance"
So let me get this straight — if I don’t buy extra insurance, GLS believes that gives their carriers a free pass to mishandle, lose, or destroy my shipment with no accountability?
Where is the basic responsibility to safely transport a package you were paid to deliver?
GLS's handling of this has been nothing short of disgraceful. No communication. No ownership. No answers. Just a weak settlement and an attitude that screams, "Not our problem."
If this is how they treat their customers, I strongly urge anyone using GLS to think twice — especially if you're shipping high-value items. Because once it’s gone, they walk away.
I’m sharing this publicly because silence lets companies like this keep operating without consequence. If this has happened to you too — speak up. It's time GLS is held accountable.
Très mauvais service et fausse mis-à-jour
Très mauvais service et mise-à-jour du tracking erroné. Ça me disait l’arrivé à leur entrepôt avant-hier. Hier matin à 7:35 ça me dit que le colis est sorti pour la livraison et que je l’aurais d’ici la fin de la journée. À presque 21h ça indique à nouveau qu’il est en transit et sorti de leur terminal pour finalement 23:30 indiquer qu’il est en transit et vient d’arriver à leur terminal. Soit ils ne savent pas gérer leur livraison ou soit le message que j’allais le recevoir car il était en livraison c’était de un mensonge de leur part et le savent très bien!!! Bref je n’ai pas reçu mon colis et je sais pas quand je l’airai. Cette compagnie c’est du n’importe quoi et je comprends qu’ils n’ont que des mauvais commentaires!!!!
