Absolute WORST courier service ever
Absolute WORST courier service ever ! I was not home to make contact with the courier, but did check Tracking online when I got home. To my surprise, it showed a picture of my item in the public area by the front door of my building. I immediately went to get this, however my package was not there. Very upsetting to say the least ! For starters, this was to be a 'Signature Required Delivery'.I was not home, Courier needs to leave a 'Doortag' stating re-delivery attempt will be made or item can be picked up at a depot. No 'Doortag' was left, instead, Courier gained unauthorized entry into the building & took a picture of my package in the public area by the front door. The next issue is disturbing :Tracking shows a picture of 2 sloppy initials entered into the 'Signature Box' ! I did not authorize any 'third party' to enter a signature for this transaction, nor would any of my neighbors have done this without my permission. This is fraud & a criminal offence. One can only speculate as to who may have entered those initials without my permission. Lastly, 'Signature Required Delivery' does not require pictures as 'proof' of delivery. That job is taken care of by validating the identity & receiving the full signature of the recipient. A 1 star rating from everyone here should tell you everything you need to know. Stay away from these people...protect your purchase from theft.

Also, your workers are clearly overworked. This is not feedback against the driver, but rather upper management. You should be ashamed.
Please please give more detailed updates. Also, gps tracking would be appreciated. Item was meant to be delivered by 12pm and the time kept getting pushed back all day. Still waiting at home (as this is an expensive item) with the delivery timer just extending. This again is not the driver's fault. They were clearly provided too many deliveries to complete. Hire more staff or shut down.
OR, fire your overpaid CEO who makes a staggering $10,000,000+ CAD per year. You could hire 170 more drivers while paying them well above the livable wage which would increase customer satisfaction greatly and would improve the lives of those who are in need of a job.
Worst Courier Service Ever
Zero star would be more appropriate...I had a 4 packages delivery. They delivered 2 and lost 2...Not small boxes,,,60 inches wide. I reported the issue. They said to wait 48 hours and someone will call me for a update. 48 hours later (during the week)...no news. I called back and they had no clue what I was talking about. Worst courier service ever

Le service à la clientèle est de la marde aussi, ils ne vous écoutent même pas et ils ne font aucune recherche pour retrouver votre colis. Je n’ai toujours pas mon colis! Ne vous faites jamais livrer par GLS une compagnie aux services de marde!

LIE, IRREGULARITY AND CONTRADICTION
GLS is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise against using their services under any circumstances. If it were a matter of life and death, they still wouldn’t deliver your package on time.
They were dishonest about the scheduled pickup on May 23rd. Not only did they fail to show up on the promised day on May 23rd, but they also went to the wrong address. They falsely claimed that the pickup was “not ready” — how could it be ready if they went to the wrong location?
I highly urge everyone not to schedule any pickups with GLS. In my experience, they have proven to be extremely unreliable and misleading. I am shocked that such poor service is allowed to continue without consequence.
I have been dealing with this issue all week over a single parcel. Despite paying extra for one-day service, they failed to pick it up for five days. This caused me significant stress, wasted my time, and upset my customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Avoid GLS at all costs. I WILL NEVER USE GLS AGAIN. Thanks

There isn't a single good thing i can say about this company this is the first time I have dealt with them and any further orders i make and i find out it’s gls i would rather just go and drive to the destination my self to receive the package instead of having to deal with them. I was supposed to receive my order may 2nd im writing this review may 20 it was attempted to be delivered on the 16th but i wasn’t home to receive it they do very little updates on where the package is apparently because it was in vancouver the day before it arrived to my home in quebec wirh no indication it was on route to quebec. Ive had to call gls usa once and canada 3 times and neither could not give me the answer i was looking for meanwhile canada gls cant even seem to locate the package. They left a slip on my door with no tracking number on it or location to where it is and the tracking number i have only the usa gls can track which doesn’t make sense since i live in canada and the package is already in the province that im in. Im wondering if this shipping company is ran by 4th graders because it’s absolute gongshow with no communication. Im at the point where i would just go and pick it up my self and give the delivery driver the day off. Like i mentioned if find out the shipping company is gls just gonna cancel the order or see if another company can ship it. Avoid this company.
This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST. Ordered furniture from a warehouse that’s literally 20 minutes from my house. They somehow managed to route it by mistake to Calgary??? No tracking updates. Only vague updates after being persistent to speak with a human. Still no package. Avoid at all costs.
It's a bullshit
It's a bullshit. When I check my order if it's delivered. It said , sign and delivered but I wasn't even at home. I check proof of delivery, somebody else signed, who ??? I don't know. Fortunately I got my package when I reached home.

I ordered something from The Oreal Outlet online store, and the parcel was supposed to be delivered by GLS. It’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my package—even though it’s being delivered within Greater Montreal!
Every time I call GLS customer service, they tell me “It will be delivered tomorrow,” but it never arrives. This is completely unacceptable. I will never use GLS again, and I will never shop from The Oreal Outlet again either.

J'ai payé pour recevoir un colis en 48h le 15 avril. Le colis a été envoyé à cette compagnie pour la livraison. Nous sommes le 21 et toujours rien. Aucun retour de messages et puis mon colis à été dompé à 2 places par erreur entre-temps. Une fois à Chambly et ce matin il est a London. Je suis de Trois-Rivières. Gang d'incompétents. Évitez-les.
