Ordered a nice shirt and pants for my partner to wear on my birthday. Ordered it April 29th and was told it would deliver by May 6th, the day before my birthday. Turns out this is a scam. Spent a lot of money to get nothing but disappointment. Happy Birthday to me right?

If I could rate as zero I would!! I have emailed three times regarding an order for two bras nothing big but still over £40 and I really wanted these products that looked good. I trusted it as saw it on tiktok so I will be reporting them. I received an email after my first email I sent saying my order shipping confirmation would be sent soon and I have received nothing. I have since emailed two more times and nothing!! Shocking service I wanted the product but now I just want a refund!! Shocking!!!!

So far not very happy with this place. I have not received the dress I ordered. If this is a scam I will talk to a lawyer

Ordered ONE bra. Not a huge order like their generated response keeps saying. The price my CC was charged was over 10$ more then my receipt from them. No tracking has been provided in days. The charge comes up as "internet charge" on my credit card and they have advised me this site is more then likely a scam.

Scam!!!! Complete scam!!! Do not order from these criminals! I’ve reported them to FTC. The good reviews on here are fake.

Wish I could review this zero stars!! I have contacted customer support due to the prices on my invoice not reflecting the amount taking from my bank account. I have asked for a refund twice now and have not heard back from anyone. Very unhappy with their customer service. Would not recommend!! Also, will I ever get my money back??

Placed an order 4/22, waited a wk for an update but order status said I needed to contact customer service for assistance. Spent another wk emailing a few times, but never got a reply. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I got an instant refund. Would not recommend!

Update: to reply to the “huge order”, I ordered 2 bras! So I doubt it was so hard for them. Also I emailed and got no response even another week later, so like I originally stated, would not recommend!

I've reached out to this company several times concerning my order placed on April 24,2022. I still haven't received shipping information and no return email. I payed through PayPal and will be requesting a refund. I can't with these companies with email communication only smh. One star is too much for me.

Hi, since i have placed the order on 21April 2021, and still i haven't recieved any information regarding my order.. there is no help from support team and as per there site says there is 24 hour customer chat service available but there is no such service available....i have done numerous emails on there given emil id on there website but there is no information regarding order placed, current status or regarding the order delivery... its unacceptable

It’s been about 3 weeks since I placed and order with them and I’ve had doubts ever since. I haven’t received a shipping notification, no one has responded to my email, and the purchase showed up as “new clothes” on my credit card, which is suspicious. I also read all the reviews on this site and they just copy and paste their “response” even if it doesn’t apply to what you said.

Pretty sure this company is a scam. Placed order over 2 weeks ago off of TikTok ad. Received confirmation but never received tracking info. Was supposed to deliver last week based on eta quoted during purchase. Glad I used PayPal and can dispute.

Took super long to arrive, never received confirmation till a month later when I had to reach out. The sizing seems really off. I got XL when I ordered medium (my usual size) but they were still too tight somehow and aren’t flattering. Sadly won’t be able to wear these leggings.

delivery was a little delayed as i ordered one of their best seller underwear, and honestly i was pretty worried initially that i'll never receive my stuff but it just arrived and OMG it was the best purchase i've ever made! i would've given 5 star if i was able to receive it earlier but i do understand the shipping delay these days. in all, they're actually pretty dope. i will come back.

I ordered from Gochumbo on April 3, and I haven’t received my order yet. They haven’t even replied to my 3 previous emails which I feel is very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone needs to respond to me ASAP, either send my order or refund me back my $3809. But trust me, I will never order from you all again and I will let every social media site know how y’all treat your customers 😡

Well I made and order back in the 1st week of March and still haven't received my order. I done email support team over 3 times and the last 2 emails got no response.
