Weeks later, still hasn't shipped
Placed an order for my wife, against my better judgement, after she found this nobody brand on Instagram. Sure enough, got an order confirmation message and then nothing... for weeks now.
Maybe my wife will finally learn a lesson about giving money to fly-by-night Instagram rubbish.
As to their reply - I already emailed them a week before their reply here, and was assured it would ship soon... It's been another week, and the only thing I've heard from them is this generic reply.
Finally shipped a week later. Maybe... Still hasn't even arrived in the country another two weeks after that.

I ordered back on 5/5 it has been two weeks and I still cant track or see if it has been shipped. Tried twice to reach out to customer service with ZERO reply. No phone number. This seems like a scam and I spent $30 for nothing. SUPER unhappy.

US: Ordered Bra and not received my order
Ordered Bra and not received my order. It's been three weeks. It's a big scam. Wish I would have seen these BAD reviews before ordering. I get no response from customer service. If you don't want too loose your hard earn money do not order from these scamers. The good reviews are lies,too.
UPDATE:
I went through Pay Pal when I ordered from these Scamers and and filed a dispute claim and got my money back. Hope people will look at the bad reviews before ordering. You will save yourself alot of grief. I'll go to the Mall too shop for my Bras.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase!! Shame on me for not checking. As most of these reviewers I also ordered an item a week ago my card was charged and I have heard nothing from them. I went to their website and inserted my order number only to find they have no information on it. I've reached out via FB and am awaiting a response. I hope I wasn't scammed.

Please do not fall as a victim. I ordered two bras on 5/9/22 with express shipping till now no update from them and I haven’t received my package either. I email them several times but no response. I got an email early this morning from their support saying my order is in transit so if I want to wait for it, a $5 will be given to me. Like, how can you tell me my order is in transit and me that I paid for I don’t have the tracking number to follow it?
I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE U.S FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION to deal with them.

$160ish down the drain.
I bought 6 bras total. $158 and change on 4.29.22. No bras. No response to emails. No shipping or tracking. This seems to be 100% cow dung. I would say, let the backfat rock. Don't waste your money. All the 5 stars are in improper english and come right after a bad review. They know what they're doing. Edit: to respond to chumbo's response- I have emailed, repeatedly and still no response via email. At this point, I have disputed charges and filed a fraud claim.

It’s been a month and still no update on order.
I placed an order about a month ago. I emailed the company, which it took them days to reply and I was told that due to a high volume of orders, my order was in the PROCESS of being fulfilled by the warehouse. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have my order, but my money was taken from my account.

These motherf*ckers STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not order anything through them, this is a 100% scam and I totally fell for it. They do not send any type of tracking or confirmation email after the first initial email and they don't respond to ANY emails sent wanting answers. Absolute SCUMBAGS!

I have emailed over 5 times requesting some kind of information about my order and I am not getting any reply. When I look up my order number it says not found. I am very interested in a resolution. But I’m pretty sure I got scammed.
