On 1st contact with your service and I must apologise 🙏 I can't remember the name of the man that I first spoke to so sorry, I was put at ease straight away and calmly walked through the options that I could choose from plus on the follow up call and once again the young lady's name escapes me went through the plan I had chosen point by point. The staff were very helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything that I asked them too. They attended to me promptly and forwarded all the documents equally promptly. I feel confident that my family will find the whole process very easy and stress free when the time comes.

The man that came to our house explained everything in full details. We asked a few questions that helped us make up our minds
Confirmation paperwork was very detailed and clear on what we had agreed
Our local funeral directors are only 15 mins away and we are going to pop in and introduce ourselves

Everything was explained fully, the cost is great and one of the few companies where if you pass away members of your family arent responsible for the outstanding bill and that alone is why I chose Golden Leaves and the payment plans are affirdable

Very efficient arrangement of funeral
No fuss, no sales pitch, arranged exactly what we wanted. Paid for funeral, reasonably priced,all paperwork came through quickly.
Everyone was very pleasant and all was arranged exactly as they said. Appointment on time and paperwork came as fast as they said. Very pleased to arrange our funerals so easily for the future.
