The ring was beautiful, but the wrong size was sent, but their service team was very friendly, very helpful, and quick to respond in sending the correct size. Would definitely use them again!

Still has not arrived. Signature only delivery is a pain and I now have to go out of my way to figure out how to collect package.

The bracelet is gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations. Shipping was great. Product arrived quickly and in perfect shape.

Where is my item? I have not received my ring yet and my wedding is this coming Saturday. This is unacceptable, I need this redelivered or a refund immediately.

Ordered a pendant June 18 today is July 18 have not received it and FedEx cannot locate this so I’m not sure what the issue is. Did this company really send me my merchandise or did FedEx lose the package either way my anniversary surprise is ruined

Order came over a month after their advertised maximum manufacturing and delivery times. When it came only one of the two pendants ordered were sent. Customer service is non-existent. I would strongly discourage others from shopping with Goldia and if you do, make sure to record opening packages.

I was looking for a gold pendant when I came across Golfia.
The same pendant I had looked at on other sites was almost 50% cheaper at Goldia. So I ordered it.
After placing my order, I read about the company and how they provide a discount to military and first responders members.

It wasn't clear if the offer was for current or active members only.
I emailed them and advised them that I was a veteran and a retired law enforcement officer, and asked if the discount applied to me.

They replied within a day and advised me that they would apply the discount. Their recognition of Veterans and First Reponders is much appreciated and shows their commitment to "give back" to their community like they say in their bio.
They also said my pendant would be shipped in 24 hours.
I will certainly do business with them in the future when I need fine jewelry.

Goldia is a very professional jeweler. I placed an order, as promised, it was shipped the next day. The package was shipped insured, tracking information was sent by Goldia and when it arrived the entire package was wrapped in a tight sealed plastic covering. No tampering with my package! The customer service at Goldia is beyond amazing! They are very professional, kind and attentive! The jewelry from Goldia is beautiful and authentic. My entire experience with Goldia has been ABOVE 5 stars!!! And I am a very picky consumer…my expectations are very high when I make purchases. I ordered my husband’s ring on June 6, 2026 and didn’t receive until July 7, 2026. Customer service did get back to me right away to let me know that there was a delay. My husband loved his ring. It was exactly how it was pictured. I just wish I would have received it in time for his birthday

To be honest, I was pretty skeptical buying an expensive piece of jewelry off of the internet with all of the scams that you read about. I decided to make the purchase and upon it clearing my bank account, I was informed that the only size in stock was way too small for me.

I canceled my order immediately and when I received my refund right away, that’s when I was convinced Goldia was completely legitimate.

After I cancelled my order and chose a different ring, naturally I had many questions because it was quite a bit more expensive than the original one I had purchased.

Customer service was extremely responsive and I must’ve sent a dozen or more emails with a million questions. Everything was answered completely and quickly even after business hours.

I finally completed the purchase and I have to admit, I was still a little skeptical about the quality of the ring.

I received the ring a few days later as promised and was ecstatic. The quality, size and polish were remarkable. This is, without a doubt, the best purchase I have ever made off the internet.

Anyone that is looking for top quality jewelry, I definitely will recommend Goldia. They now have their greatest fan.

Goldia did an upgrade to 18k white gold on a pair of earrings for my wife's 60th birthday and hit a reasonably tight deadline to do so. She is thrilled. :)

I purchased a 14ct Gold Bracelet and full disclosure the bracelet wasn't exactly what we were looking for so it was ultimately returned to Goldia BUT I can honestly say the whole process, including the return, was handled very professionally and with great understanding. We were kept informed and updated at every stage. Their customer service could not be faulted. Every message was replied to and would happily order from them again if the opportunity arose. I am based in the UK and all excess Customs Fees and Taxes were immediately refunded once Goldia were aware of the extra costs and the refund was quickly processed once the bracelet was back at their returns office. The return was not due to poor quality or workmanship it was just down to personal preference once the bracelet physically arrived.

My experience was highly disappointing!
One pair of earrings was very small. The website showed photos resembling bigger sizes. Nor did they describe the size. I am returning them.
I am waiting for a second pair of earrings I bought the same day as the first one. It has not arrived yet. You changed the delivery date and did not give a specific date. I am leaving tomorrow on a trip. I wanted to wear the new pair and it seems it will not be possible.
I hope the size is alright and I don’t have to return them too.

I ordered a cross pendant, the site didn't show the back of it just the front. Back side is scalloped out to save on material so when it flips around it looks very cheap. Not happy about customer service as they told me I could return it but pay the shipping fees. Will never order again.
