According to our records, the ring was successfully delivered and confirmed by the carrier. As stated in our shipping policy, once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient when delivery proof photographs are provided by UPS/FedEx.

Regarding the stone issue, the concern was reported approximately eight months after delivery. As clearly outlined in our warranty and returns policy, coverage for manufacturing defects or damage is limited to 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, claims reported well beyond this period fall outside the scope of our warranty, particularly after extended wear.

We regret that this outcome was not what you had hoped for. Our response was based strictly on the applicable policies and the timeline involved, and not a reflection of the importance we place on our customers or their concerns.

The item purchased was a 14K gold ring with simulated CZ stones, priced under $300, and clearly described as a lightweight design in the product specifications. Lightweight and hollow-backed or tapered designs are common in this price range and do not indicate that the item is not genuine gold.

Production timelines were disclosed at checkout, and the order was shipped in accordance with our stated processing timeframe for made-to-order jewelry.
If the ring was bent after wear, this is consistent with the properties of thin or lightweight gold jewelry, not evidence of fraud or misrepresentation.

We would like to clarify that the coins used in our coin jewelry are never represented or sold as original U.S. Mint coins. These items are clearly described as jewelry products, and the coin elements are replica cast designs intended solely for decorative and mounting purposes.

Original government-issued coins cannot be altered, mounted, or cast for jewelry use. For this reason, all coin jewelry in the industry—including ours—uses non-original coin designs.
