Don't understand bad opinions. I like this website more then others uk ones. Lots of games. I can't say that I winning all the time but that's gambling . But I do winning and they withdraw with no problem. Customer service is lovely last night got 80 spins free thanks to Adrian from support only because I asked if I will get something if I deposit. I won 1000 í . Only verification process taking a few weeks but once ie done that's it. Honest rewiew. Highly recommended.

Played on here a handful off time…

Played on here a handful off time depositing £20 a time. On my 6th deposit I won £1200 I had to verify my account and then received my pay out 9 days in total which isn't to bad considering all the reviews I've read. 3* being because communication via email isn't all that great.

GOT RINSED

Won 2nd place in a tournament worth only $500 was a waste of my deposit money, time spinning and efforts to communicate on chat. The excuse was I didnt open an email on the day the tournament was over to claim my prize which I didnt receive. TOTAL SCAM!

Had to upload almost every bit of information I had about me. Took around a month just to get my withdrawal. They are not the worse casino but they are very strict with certain rules. Don't sign up unless you're willing to spend a month just to get approved.

I have checked and indeed our Finance team has tried multiple times to process your withdrawal and, each time, it failed due to an incorrect IBAN.

I have checked and it seems that there is typo in IBAN you entered when you requested the withdrawal.

You will need to place a new request from your casino account, making sure that you enter the exact details shown in your bank statement and making sure that the IBAN is correct.

Our Finance team will then handle your request promptly!

What is hard to understand about this, what is a gambling addiction.

I wrote to them to close my account

I wrote to them to close my account, they acknowledged my email, yet didn’t action my request so I deposited a further 400 quid.

They are clearly taking advantage of vulnerable people. When I asked for them to refund the deposits I should NOT have been able to make they are being very dodgy asking for my documents which isn’t required to perform a refund. Transactions will now be reported as fraud because they are money laundering via different companies all compliant with the targeting of vulnerable people. I am writing this review and will happily review on other sites too, they refuse to rectify their mistake. They are still not closing the account

Update - they are still being difficult they know full well who I am it’s a different email address set up for trustpilot that is all.

They are awful unscrupulous con artists

Deposited £20 and they tried to take it 4 more times. Twice using the company name who took original deposit and twice using a different company name all with different exchange rates.
Then I find out both these two companies had also set up accounts to take regular future payments from my account.
This can't be denied as like I said one of the companies processed my original £20 deposited in to my account.
Luckily it flagged with my bank and they contacted me and blocked all payments and future request from this site and these companies.
Also when the fraud department at my bank checked one of the companies (the one who took the original deposit) and it's is registered to a furniture company in China and the other company as a technology company.
Chat refused to discuss and emails ignored too.
Check your bank guys.
Pure scam.
Do not join.

Our casino doesn't offer the option of a recurring payment. This means that, each time you want to reload your account with funds, you need to initiate a new deposit from the cashier page.

This can be done only by you from your casino account.

I can see from your history that you tried to deposit multiple times. In case of card payments, where you are required to confirm each transaction by entering the 3DS code, your bank may block the deposit amount from the card for each transaction.

If you don't complete the transaction by entering the code or the payment fails, your bank will unblock that amount depending on their policy.

These aren't real charges and the usually drop off within a few hours.

The name you see on the statement for a transaction is the name of the payment processor that handles the payment at any given time and, as such, may differ.
