Grandisson Ltd Opiniões

Very nice gentleman, Byron was quick efficient and tidy.

I was not at home due to a confusion with the name being shortened to Grandson and I knew I had just sent off a card and insert so ignored it. He phoned to say he was outside my door and as I was not too far away he did not have long to wait. The job was done quickly and so he was able to leave having had a cup of tea.

Arrived on time friendly helpful staff , efficient and tidy work carried out every year , Thank you

As always excellent we would not use anyone else.

Great service. Polite engineer and gave me good advice about my stove. Was shown camera and answered my queries. Very happy with service.

Excellent efficient service from this brilliant team. I had to change our appointment and it was no trouble.
We have had our woodburner serviced twice by this team now and would absolutely recommend. See you next year!

Continued great service from the team at Grandisson. Time keeping first rate and costs very competitive. Used for a number of years now and wouldn’t consider anyone else for my gas fire and boiler maintenance.

Grandisson provide consistently good service. They have been servicing my gas fire annually since its installation about 25 years ago.
They are excellent communicators, business like combined with cheerfulness.
I am always provided with dates times and costs so I know what to expect. Communication is their strong suit, I cannot fault them.

Everything was handled very efficiently, all the staff were friendly and skilled. We are delighted with our new gas fire and highly recommend Grandisson.

Have used and trusted Grandisson for many years.

Overall choosing and installing new gas fire was a good experience. All carried out efficiently and on time. Unfortunately there is a crystallisation mark in the middle of the surround. Mark was very patient explaining how this happened. Ideally I would have liked this information before I made my choice. Overall I am pleased and the fire is very efficient!!

Great customer service and fantastic products.

Very pleasant engineer on time done a good job

On time, polite, professional service to gas fire. Gas fire brought back to life, resurrected.

Very efficient. Friendly. Tidy. The fire appears to work better than before!
