VERY disappointed
Disappointed tbh, I bought the trial and didnt use it much because life got in the way as it does. I noticed today that GD were charging me £79.11 for a subscription, I messaged them pleading that they cancel and refund as I cant afford that. They have point blank refused to cancel it, no email reminder from them saying theis charge was coming and no refunds....DO NOT DO BUSINESS with a company that says they dont refund 1) its a lie 2) its 2026...everybody refunds pfft.... I will have to contact my bank instead...not worth it!*** FAO reply.... I have emailed you guys enough and again, your reply is cold and lacking compassion, when someone says THEY CANT AFFORD it.... you refund them end of, awful service.....you give a bad name to Vegans!

Read the small print as they are scammy when you want to cancel a subscription - very underhand
Absolutely terrible company. Signed up to a cheap 4 week deal. Didn’t use the app during that time and it went out of my head. Then I noticed without any warning email, that a payment of £73.49 was pending from my bank account. I have emailed 3 times to ask them to cancel and not take or reverse the payment and they absolutely refuse to do this. Even though I’ve not used the app. Such a rip off. This has happened the same for other people - see the reviews. They’ve just taken all that money for doing nothing whilst hiding behind a blanket statement saying it in terms & conditions and as it’s a digital product they are NOT going to refund - I’m not even using their recipes!! If you really cared about your customers why not set up a warning email that the subscription is about to be taken - it can’t that difficult to set up as many reputable companies do this. Then you wouldn’t have so many disgruntled and upset customers. Be kind and thoughtful to the new signed up members, your business will thrive much better, rather than you stealing surreptitiously from them

DO NOT SIGN UP. SCAM ALERT. I canceled my subscription on April 6, 2026, and received confirmation from two support team members that all of my subscriptions—including the app—had been canceled. Despite this, I was still charged in May and June.
I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but they refused. I am now disputing the charges. Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company and its billing practices. They are going to say "relevant terms were clearly outlined” and to email them as they have said to others. I have emailed them and received radio silence... they have not responded to my emails regarding why the ongoing charges, when I clearly completely canceled. SCAM!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! I, like many others here, was lured in by a "cheap" 4 week subscription, and I had cancelled the subscription through my Iphone, but then all of a sudden got charged 92 EUR for another 4 week subscription out of nowhere after the first four weeks. I had to email them to cancel the subscription. Got no refund. The company really screws you over big time. Totally unethical way of doing business by fooling their customers! Really pisses me off that they think this is a sustainable business model by ripping their customers off. Who would pay 92 Euros for a 4 week subscription for a few recipes??? No one! Stay away from this!

I enjoyed trying the app
I enjoyed trying the app, and think it's great for someone needing help with a vegan diet plan. I used it for a short time while on a break from my personal trainer. The customer support team was quick with their response and help when it was time for me to end my subscription.
