They charged me 92 euros without my consent
They charged me 92 euros claiming I had signed up for a subscription, which isn't true. Perhaps they offer products with hidden and unclear terms and conditions. Now they say they "can't refund" the money they took from my card without my consent.
There´s no description about what is exactly the product I paid for in the app. They said I signed up for this suscription, but nowhere I can find it.

They charge you without permission …
I agreed to a one time $20 fee. I opened the app once but it was not good at all so I never went back. Then they started charging me $109 every month! The recipes were a joke. And their app is just constant ads popping up. Absolutely horrible!! Do not get this. It’s a total scam.

Jetzt wurden ohne Vorwarnung und ohne zubuchen dieser überteuerten Zusatzleistungen und ohne Nachfrage ob ich verlängern möchte 92€ abgebucht ohne die Möglichkeit das Abo zu kündigen. Überall steht alles nur auf Englisch. Ich hoffe das das löschen des Kontos ausreicht. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert.

I just want to purchase what I was originally offered. Once I did this I was told I needed a whole lot of others things to be successful. That sucks. I am already regretting my purchase and feel like I’ve been conned. You are taking advantage of people 5hat are trying to do something positive.

Ridiculous diet and no refunds
Firstly this is a ridiculous way to diet, the portions are the size for babies. secondly and most importantly the creators are scammers to say the least. there are no notifications after the trial and then once you get charged they refuse to refund even without using the app. I honestly feel cheated, they literally took 109.83USD from me and that's it for a product I haven't used once. save yourself the money and the hassle

I strongly advise caution with this app. I initially signed up for what appeared to be an affordable 4-week subscription. I was later (and WITH NO CLEAR INDICATION OF RENEWAL) charged 92 EUR for another 4-week period. I then had to contact the company by email to request cancellation, but I did not receive a refund.
In my experience, the subscription terms and renewal process were not sufficiently clear, and the overall handling of the issue felt unfair and misleading. Charging 92 EUR for just four weeks of access to a small number of recipes seems excessive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

I bought a months worth to see if it was any good. The recipes were not good so I didn’t even open the app for weeks. Then I got a bill for nearly £80. They claimed I couldn’t be reimbursed “because it was digital”. Avoid them

Fraudulent renewals
I purchased a 4 week subscription only to find that in my google wallet it showed to be auto renewed. I turned it off, cancelled the subscription 2 weeks before the original 4 weeks were up. They removed access to the recipes 4 weeks to the day which was expected. 3 days later I have a charge on my credit card for $105 for a subscription I did NOT purchase. I contacted them and now I'm told they can't reverse the charge because it's a digital subscription. Really?

Es una ESTAFA y UN ROBO, no te avisan con antelación que te van a cobrar, y de repente te aparece el cobro que ya no puedes cancelar. Yo me apunté por una promoción que tenian para 4 semana, pero no te avisan que se te acaba la promoción, y luego solo recibes el cobro. NO LO RECOMIENDO!
