Awful - won't refund!!
Signed up for a trial, didn't like the app, not uaed it and thought I'd cancelled the subscription. Then out of the blue nearly £80 taken from my bank account. Apparently they can't refund as it's a digital payment!! I'm really upset by this. Awful company and customer service......avoid!!

Love the quick ,easy and nutritious recipes it takes the hard work out of meal prepping and wondering what to eat ……. Found it a bit expensive for now sadly had to cancel my subscription but that also was easy to do ….. and Nora was very helpful and quick to reply to my email requesting cancellation …….. so easy to use I’m sad to have to leave

Ich habe das 3-Monats-Angebot gekauft und sofort gekündigt, nachdem ich die App runtergeladen habe. In meinem Ernährungsplan befanden sich ungelogen 4 Hauptmahlzeiten, die sich täglich zT abwechselnd wiederholten. Quinoa mit Kürbis, Quinoa mit Huhn, Quinoa-Porridge, Kürbis… So etwas einfallsloses und monotones - da hätte ich sie 27 € lieber anders investiert. Alle Extras kosten Extra, die wenigen inkludierten Informationen bekommt man auch kostenlos im Internet.
Ich würde vom Kauf abraten.

Great app! Highly recommended.
I’m slowly but surely losing the weight I want to. The meals are delicious and filling. My only misgiving is that I had to start from scratch setting my meal plan after a month, and would have appreciated a seamless continuation, especially as meat items appeared in my plan and I’m vegan! Nora was very helpful and efficient, though and the issue was rectified straight away. That’s just a small gripe for a great app.
