We went into The walnut tree in Nursling southampton , they always seem to be Very polite & helpful staff ,when I go in with friends and family

Called into the Larch Farm Inn for lunch as we do when in the area. We often called in fir breakfast when we lived down the road before we moved to Shropshire and do miss it. It is now our go to pub for lunch when in the area!
Leanna was very professional, polite and helpful. All in all a great visit food great service great!
We highly recommend!

We booked at the Hutt at Ravenshead for our christmas meal being we were on our own so looking forward to it. We arrived 15 minutes before our time waited at the door entrance to be seated and shown to our table half an hur later the person pointed to the table and said we will be there shortly. we were not even asked where we want the free drink or any other drinks. another 15 minutes passed and we had to ask where we could get a drink. The person that seemed to try and control the meals etc was getting in a big flap we did get our free drink with our starters that had been per ordered when we paid . After the starter and 25 minutes later the starter dishes were removed and the main meal arrived, at that time we ordered a bottle of red wine. Again we had to ask where is the wine to be told by the main lady that it was coming another waitress brought the bottle over with two glasses and just plonked them on the table. We then had to wait another 30minutes for the dessert. the food was not upto the usual standard we have experiened there the starter tasted not great, the main meal veg was hard all in all it was a very disapointing Christmas Meal and service. While wait to pay for the bottle of wine the table in the main entrance stacked high with dirty plates and dishes and glasses. I dont know if there has been a change in the managment but the lady we used to see and deal with would not have left you waiting for hours to get your meals etc. i was very disappointed and would think twice about going for futher meals at the Hutt.

I recently booked a meal for 20 people at the Goose at Gamston and Elle the new manager and all of the staff excelled. We had a wonderful time and the food was fantastic. I would like to say a huge thank you

Visited The Old Rectory for a get together with friends.
Was met at the door by Maria, who showed us to our table. She left us to get our drinks while we looked at the menu. We have a few fussy people, but Maria was happy to keep everyone happy. The meal was lovely, and although the place was very busy, Maria made sure we were happy and had all we needed. She was very cheerful, helpful, and attentive. Definitely going back

went to Brentwood hotel Moorgate rotherham for my dads birthday booked a table for 4 o'clock when we arrive gave us table number 21 went to table to find plates paper empty glass food everwere on table it had not be cleaned for our arrival. they sat us at another table which this time had been cleaned we then had our meal which was quite good we then waited for table to be cleared so we could order deserts and no one bothered so we had to move all our own dirty plates and glasses to another table so we have our deserts service was shocking and for the amount we spent in there it be a long time before we return to that shambles spoilt my dads birthday all that messing and moving about if you want some good advise about this place mine would be AVOID

We visited the Burnham on sea Rosewood where we ordered over £50 for some mains. My order was med steak yet when I got it the steak was raw…..I asked the waitress for it to be cooked some more she asked if I wanted a new fresh one but I was happy with mine being cooked to how I ordered it. So after it being taken away I waited 15 mins after this time we spoke to the waitress as to where it was, she explained that it was thrown away!! And that is what she thought we wanted…..I informed her 3 times that I wanted it cooked more. Good job I did not wait more as I would of been waiting for ever. Not impressed at all, would I go back…..no…..would I recommend this pub no.

First time we've been to the folly. It was really just nice. Staff friendly. Service good. Food good.
We usually go to the chestnut tree but decided to use the folly.
Unfortunately the kids area is no longer. So if we want that it will have to be the brewers fair at the portway.

A great choice of menu for good prices! Someting to suit everyone and I have a nut and dairy allergy. Went with family and large areas meant we could easily sit together and enjoy our meals. Lovely customer service at the bar by Hema.

We visited The Endbutt pub in Crosby. Food was lovely, the waiter, Andy was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back.

Went to the Maxwell pub last friday,Time was 3.10 in the afternoon ask it kitchen was still open,Was informed by bar staff it was until 3.30.
My wife ordered fish and chips
I ordered hunters chicken.
Both were over cooked very dry.bbq sauce was burnt to side.very disappointed. Lovely bar staff offered a free dessert. She was very helpful. But the meal was below par.

We use our local Grrenking pub a lot. (Warren Lodge, Scunthorpe) Usually about once a week when my wife and I pop in to use their 2 for £11.99 menu. Normally very good quality and the total bill is very reasonable. We almost always have the gammon.

We have had issues over the years, but yesterday was, I fear, another. We took two of our grandchildren in. We decided on 3 gammons and a macaroni chees. On order I was told they had no gammon. Whats more, they had only about a third of their £11.99 menu available . Their re-supply order was running late?

For that much to not be available, I think placing the order was probably rather late too and possibly a way to make customers go full price? Conjecture I know.

The young lady was quite insistent on placing our order and I wanted to call it a day, and try elsewhere, but family decided to stay. We ordered 2 Macaroni cheese and two steak and ale pies.

The pies were like rock with little filling. Over cooked and difficult to cut! Much of the crust from both pies finished up going home for the fox that visits us each night.

The macaroni cheese was OK, but the side salad drenched in some oil/flavouring which was not pleasant. All got left. I tried some and it was not pleasant. I suffered with indegestion last night which is very unusual foer me.

I complained to a member of staff as we left and he said he would pass it on.

My advice, if you visit, is that if the full menu is available, then the gammon is excellent. If not, try elsewhere!

Spent the weekend in Stratford, we Have been to the Windmill before, big shout to Christina for her excellent customer service, As soon as we walked in she knew what we were drinking and was so polite and friendly,

This is probably the best customer service I have & I will ever receive, Green king guest relations team, and particularly Millie from guest relations have gone above and beyond in their efforts to help me with my ongoing parking ticket issues. They have kept me informed every step of the way with the actions that they have taken and with the best steps to resolve this, 24 hours after my initial call, I was called by Millie Evans (team leader) with fantastic news, stating that my CCJ will be removed and that Britannia will be removing all the parking charges from my account. Following on from this to unexpectedly find out that I’d also be having the money that I have paid for the parking charges reimbursed into my account. It’s just exceptional. A massive thank you to Millie and the whole team at Green King Guest Relations

I left a review last week, I don’t know why it isn’t showing but because the gentleman serving me was outstanding, I will leave it again. I visited the Spinney Hill Pub, Northampton for lunch with a friend. I live so close but rarely visited before. It’s just been refurbished and it’s greatly improved. Rio, the gentleman serving us was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. I am disabled and he helped me find a table and took care of everything I needed. I cannot remember the last time I got such fantastic service. I also went for Mother’s Day and he served us then also and was excellent. He is a credit to his parents and Greens King. Thank you Rio

Disappointed, I know I am not in Texas (and yes I have been there), this was the smallest T-Bone steak I have ever ever had, 3 mini cherry tomatoes and half a mushroom, added to the insult....

When I mentioned to them that I was disappointed, I merely got a 'Oh dear'.

Been coming here for years, sadly this will be the last time for a steak for me!

Visited the Beeches pub in Great Barr, Birmingham today, following the recent refurbishment. Pub looks great, however the standard of service and quality of the food, still needs to be improved. Every time we have visited the pub, we wait for ever at the bar to be served. Not sure if its the landlord but the gent behind the bar serves the occasional person then leaves the only other person working the bar to deal with remainder customers. They are then stressed and unhappy. We ordered 2 chicken roast Dinners as they had run out of beef. The meal looked nothing like the picture on the menu. We had a small amount of gravy drizzled over the chicken and no gravy jug as shown on the menu. We paid the extra £2+ to make the meal a larger portion, the only addition I could identify was an additional Yorkshire pub. One of our friends meals came around 10 minutes after our meals were brought out and the other friends meal came 5 minutes later. All meals were lukewarm so very disappointing considering the money spent refurbishing the pub.

metropolitan in uxbridge after drinking in this establishment for more than ten years including last Sunday 19th Feb for my partners birthday dinner my partner 5 year old daughter and myself went in today sat 25th only to be told that I was barred for something i did 2 years ago this obviously was during covid lockdown and I have never been involved in an incident in this pub. After asking around it seems the new landlord is trying to ban anyone who has been a regular for many years including my 82 year old neighbour this pub will obviously close down soon

Bad company that don’t listen, for years I have drank in my local pub that is a green king with good friends and I go in one day as always to be pulled to to side by the landlord IAN JOLLY and asked if I had purchase a drink for a friend of mine the week before to WITCH I said yes to only be told he had been barred,! And for that reason he was not serving me so I left, as I had been going there for years I messaged one of the bar lads to see what’s going off only to be told he has barred me and told them not to serve me if I go in witch I found unfair, to I raised this with green king WHO agreed this was not right to then get a reply to say that they are backing up they pub manager (witch I know they would) as don’t look right if they go against them, but end of the day I didn’t PULL the pint or ask was asked to leave at the time by the staff so what leave it till about 2 weeks later then tell me I’m not welcome for buying that drink but hey the bar member who told IAN didn’t say anything at the time when we was there bud waited till after and they still work there so what disciplinary
Action was taken on the bar number
(Craig) nothing!!! I just can’t get over how after all the years I been going to this pub and now I not welcome for something a member of staff did! End of day they have made the decision
But I still believe it’s the wrong decision. And head office brushed it under the carpet,
