I wasn't aware of this site and glad I stumbled upon it. I saw the telecaster I wanted for a great price on the site so put in my offer. The seller bassnguitar got back straightaway and were really accommodating answering all of my questions promptly and sending extra pictures of all the angles I needed. I had a problem in my end with a money transfer and the accounts team resolved straightaway. The guitar was setup the way I requested and was shipped and packaged really securely. From start to finish it was a good experience, the seller was very nice to deal with a nd greenmusician stepped in whenever I needed help. I would highly recommend and will definitely shop again on the site. Mícheál - Ireland

meine bestellung RMSKTSCFS habe nicht bekommen ob war schön am ca.30.06 bestellen war wolte nicht falsch sagen kosten 77,95eur und bis heutige zeit gibst Probleme heisst green musicians antworten fast gar nix ,erst bleib am habe das Artikel erhalten ob war das nicht ,und plötzlich Monat vor hat das packet zurück erhalten bis jetz hat das Probleme nicht klären mit Klarna ,nur ich wie ein idiot telefonieren mit Klarna .da kommt um Prinzip vie so firma kan veraschen kunde!vorsicht!!!!!

Ich habe eine Gitarre dort gekauft, die angeblich eine massive Decke haben sollte. Das war aber eine falsche Beschreibung, die ein hochwertigeres Produkt anzeigte.
Als ich mich beschwert habe kam ein Angebot für einen 15 Euro Gutschein, und sie würden die Beschreibung nun ändern...
Der Hersteller bzw Vertrieb sagte mir, das seien Drop-Shipper, die aus dem Internet die Angebote von den Großhändlern suchen, und dann als ihre ausgeben...
Schon irgendwie Betrug, man denkt ja man unterstützt etwas ökologisch wertvolles, schon der Name suggeriert es. Ich habe jetzt eine Sperrholzgitarre und musste einen Fall bei PayPal öffnen, mal schauen was jetzt passiert

Je n'ai jamais vécu ça en 20 ans d'achats en ligne.
Commande d'une darbuka NEUVE début juin 2026 (181 €). Ce que je reçois :
- un modèle DIFFÉRENT de celui commandé
- un modèle d'occasion avec la peau usée
- un modèle cassé... il manque un morceau de céramique.
Trois défauts majeurs sur une seule commande, pour un produit vendu comme neuf. C'était un cadeau.

La suite est pire. Photos et réclamation envoyées dès le 16 juin. Réponse du SAV le 18 juin : « Nous contactons le fournisseur et nous revenons vers vous. » Puis silence total pendant plus d'un mois, malgré mes relances. Quand je finis par les joindre via leur formulaire, on me répond qu'ils ne retrouvent pas mes photos. Je renvoie les photos et après un mois et demi, on m'envoie enfin une étiquette de retour... Colissimo FRANCE, inutilisable depuis l'Italie où j'ai été livré (adresse visible sur la commande). J'ai ensuite proposé une solution amiable (50% de remise, proposition très généreuse vu le fiasco) pour clore le dossier : ignorée, dix jours de silence, comme le reste.

À ce jour : ni remboursement, ni solution, ni excuses sérieuses. Je me suis fait purement et simplement escroquer. Dossier transmis à ma banque pour remboursement intégral et je prépare un dossier pour les autorités de protection des consommateurs, pour éviter que d'autres personnes se fassent voler comme moi.

Mon conseil sincère : n'achetez pas ici. Si le moindre problème survient, vous êtes seuls.

Je mettrai cet avis à jour si la situation évolue.

Purtroppo ad oggi posso dire con mio dispiacere che dal 16/07/26 ancora oggi che siamo al 25/07/26 non mi è arrivato ancora niente ma non solo il pacco ma neanche il tracking... quindi la mia recensione è... sconsigliare vivamente di acquistare su questo schifo di sito...non conviene ammalarsi il fegato per risparmiare 10 euro 😡 volevo mettere foto dei messaggi ma non so come fare

Plusieurs soucis techniques mais surtout on ne sait pas comment les joindre par téléphone, ils repondent aux mails de façon très occasionnelle.

Je connaissais pas du tout ce site. C'est vraiment excellent. J'y ai trouvé le DUNE 3 !!! De la bombe !! Sans compter tout le reste.
Ce site est tout simplement génial !!

plusieurs ventes sans probléme pendant 2 ans et il y a plus de 2 semaines l'envoi de la derniere vente bien reçue mais plus aucunes nouvelles malgré plusieurs relances par mail !!je pense que leur site a de gros problémes de piratage et qu'ils ne reçoivent pas mes relances !!en attendant l'acheteur a reglé le total et moi je n'ai tjs rien reçu !!dommage car ce site était bien et efficace !!

Commande du plugin Inflator de Sonnox. NICKEL ! Tout s'est passé comme sur des roulettes, de la commande à l'installation. Limpide.
C'est la 2eme fois que je commande un plugin ici et c'est top. Même en terme de prix Green Musicians est bien placé. Recommandé et merci !

Beware when dealing with this outfit.
I purchased an instrument in April, it didn't suit me so I arranged a return for (substantial) refund.
The instrument was shown to have been returned successfully but from that day on I've been completely ignored. None of my emails or messages have been replied to.
They now have the returned instrument AND my payment.
I have initiated a charge-back complaint with my bank and thankfully they have credited my account.
Coincidentally (?) Green Musicians finally then sent an email to say they had refunded me. Over two weeks later there is no sign of my money.
In many years of online purchases I have never encountered such an untrustworthy bunch of cowboys.
Green? Don't make me laugh. I was green to deal with them in the first place.
I'll be contacting the relevant regular office in France to take my complaint further.

I ordered a used mixer at a good price. Payment was accepted, but the order then sat for 12 days with no shipping update and no proactive communication. I emailed them after 9 days and nothing.

After I chased via the contact form and email, Green Musicians replied that the item had already been sold shortly before my purchase was validated, so the order was cancelled and refunded.

I don’t think this was intentional dishonesty, but the process was poor. If an item is no longer available, the order should be cancelled and refunded quickly — not left at “payment accepted” for almost two weeks.

Refund was eventually triggered, but the lack of proactive handling makes me hesitant to use the platform again unless the item is rare and I’m not in a hurry.

I would advise caution when dealing with Green Musicians.

I purchased an incorrect item and was advised by their team that if I returned it and ordered a different one, I would receive a full refund for the original item as well as the return postage. I followed these instructions in good faith and returned the item, which was successfully delivered back to them.

They have since DELETED the correspondence from their own platform where this agreement was confirmed. Fortunately, I have retained screenshots of this exchange.

It has now been several months, and I have still not received any refund.

I have attempted to contact them multiple times to resolve this, but have received no response, despite the fact they appear to be active on this platform.

I’m simply looking for this to be resolved and for the agreed refund to be issued.
