Chat GPT recommended this company to purchase a Mac Air 2017 charger, which is obsolete. The process was very quick and efficient, and I was kept updated throughout, which was impressive. The item was well packaged and in pristine condition.

I ordered a MacBook with an M1 processor, 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Instead, I received an Intel i7 model with 32 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

When I contacted Green Tech Store about the issue, they replied asking if I was sure I wanted to return it because I had received a “much more powerful computer.” However, I specifically ordered the M1 model. More RAM and storage does not make it the product I ordered, especially when the processor and architecture are completely different.

On top of that, the delivery took around four days longer than the originally estimated delivery time.

I therefore decided to return the computer and get a refund. It’s frustrating to have to deal with a return and customer service simply because the wrong product was sent in the first place.

Very disappointing experience. I expected better accuracy and customer service.

So rare these days to receive patience, fine knowledge, technical guidance, kindness, all under one roof. Greentec’s roof…Sam thank you…

I got the products I ordered quickly and at a fair price. I wanted genuine apple plug heads for UK & EUR, but couldn’t find them on the Apple Store. Greentec looked professional and had the right guarantee in place. It’s too easy to buy dodgy tec these days, so I’m glad I trusted them as I’ve received genuine, new and working products.
