I bought a used Apple Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad from Greentec, but both devices are almost unusable.

The trackpad shows high battery level, but when I unplug the cable the battery immediately drops to 1–2% and the Bluetooth connection stops working. It only works while connected with a cable.

The same problem happens with the keyboard – wireless connection is unstable or does not work at all.

It is clear that the batteries are degraded. These devices should not be sold without proper battery testing.

Very disappointing experience.

However, Royal Mail 'tracked 48, delivered within 2-3 days' was awful. I was given a delivery date and time slot for the second day after it was posted. Nothing arrived. It was eventually delivered on day four.

I ordered an Apple mouse from Greentec. It arrived promptly and was as described. What impressed me most was the superb customer service, so often sadly lacking these days. Sam was very patient and helped me choose the correct one for my needs. Then when I forgot to apply a discount online he emailed me to say that he had applied it anyway. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Genuine Apple Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader. The price was extremely cheap and the reader arrived very quickly, in excellent condition, and works perfectly. Good to be able to buy an unwanted secondhand object instead of it being tossed into landfill. A 5-star performance by Greentec.

Was worried about buying from eBay as I had bought a fake by accident before, so I was so glad when I found this company as I could be sure I was buying a genuine Apple adapter and cable!! And similar price too!
