Super service Good product got what I asked for.

I purchased a replacement cable from Greentec, which arrived quickly in perfect condition, so very happy there. I also had some follow-up questions which they were more than happy to answer in detail and were quick to get back to me. I'd be happy to buy from them again!

Greentec were recommended to me by Hoxton Macs after I lost my mains charger plug. Cheaper and used options on eBay, CEX etc had contradictory compatibility claims and I was struggling to identify, let alone track down what I needed. I emailed Greentec and Operations Director Sam got back to me the same morning. After exchanging messages, he kept researching until he’d tracked down the exact model I needed. It was reasonably priced, and Greentec dispatched it the same day in an unmarked padded brown envelope marked from Sam for safe delivery. Arrived as described and in immaculate condition.

Just as described. In excellent condition and worked immediately. Quick delivery allowing me to link up my external hard drive to me new MacBook using a Firewire to Thunderbolt 2 connector and then this missing link - the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 connector. Thank you Greentec.

Never used this sight on eBay before but absolutely first class. Very helpful in advice and accepted a return as I made a mistake in buying wrong item. Refunded very quickly. Sent correct one next day and am really pleased with it. Would highly recommend them and will use them again. 5*

The received iMac M1 power pack is not working. I have asked for a return to be arranged, but no contact with me has been made for 48h. We have received a full refund at the end.

Received power adapter in quick timing, just a shame this was not working. But they searched for a replacement to no joy, I was given a full refund.

Broke my iMac Charger Adaptor, couldn't find a new one anywhere. Ordered from Greentec for next day delivery and spoke to a member of staff on the phone, who reasured me it'll arrive in the morning, which it did, and worked fine!
